Best Commercial Plumbing Repair in Anchorage AK

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had working with a company. I went with them to install a gas insert which was installed all wrong. I expected the owner of the business to care more about the issue but instead he threatened my husband to put a lein on our home instead of remedy any of the bill. Might I add we didn’t receive the bill for 7 months after the work was done because they were sending it to the wrong email. No call until 7 months later which I immediately called back. The job was done so poorly that it showed up on my home inspection when selling! He called the inspector uneducated to this situation and me a liar. Don’t give these guys a dime of your money. I’m appalled at the amount of money I paid to be so unhappy with the job done.

Had a leaky faucet causing water damage. $200 later and still had a leaky faucet. Burton would not return the money or admit to bad service. Instead the owner stands behind his so called trust worthy plumber who gave us a run for our money and fixed nothing. Charged us for parts that we did not receive. I ended up taking the dang faucet apart myself proving they replaced nothing. I then fixed the faucet myself via 2 trips to Home Depot and $1.50 in parts, and haven't had a problem since.... But I'm still a little upset to have $200 stolen from me by a business who either is crooked or is OK with employing crooks. If you need something done either do it yourself or call someone else. Considering filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.

The first time we used Flow Star, we were impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and expertise of this company and especially our service provider, Jared. The second time we called, we had an emergency: no heat on Sunday morning. Someone came out, said he thought we needed to clear the snow from the roof vent, then told us he didn't do that. We were charged $375.00 for an opinion of what the problem might be, and left in the cold. I will NOT use this company again.

I had dual hot water heaters replaced in our home and was so impressed that I had them come back and replace my older furnace. Everything is much more quiet and efficient. They did an excellent job. I even took them up on replacing my dryer vent ducting. It made such a difference my wife thought we got a new dryer. Mike R. and his crew at Diamond come highly recommended buy me! My Neighbors were so impressed they used them too!

Bill is my families hero. After a mechanical failure that snowballed out of my inexperienced hands Bill walked me through what I needed get from the manufacturer and when it got here he got our heating and hot water running again in no time.

My wife and I went through the Energy Audit and replaced our Hot water tank and furnace. Circle replaced both units in our home in one day and we were up and running with an energy efficient Heater and Hot water tank. We are vey pleased with the Technician, the work and the price. We later had them install some gas pipes to hook up our new gas range, once again we were very pleased with the Technicians and Circle Plumbing.

Same day service, professional, knowledgeable, personable. Came at expected time, fixed the clog quickly and charged a super reasonable price. After my laundry water drained out through a toilet and flooded the daylight basement I was expecting a way more traumatic and expensive fix! So grateful they came the same day I called and made quick work of getting everything draining and working correctly! Highly recommend One Stop.

I had a serious problem with calcium deposits from my on-demand water heater. All faucets were clogged as well as the dishwasher and washing machine. Ryan was quick to respond and his crew fixed my problems. They also completed other needed repairs. I fully recommend Big State Mechanical and will use them for any future plumbing problems. While they were timely and were able to come out next day, the service we received was mediocre at best. We called because our plumbing had extremely low flow, and their first fix was to replace the two most expensive things that could possibly be the issue. When questioned about it afterwards their response was “well it’s better than it was before” when our kitchen sink is still barely above a trickle. Not to mention our house was left a disaster - they unscrewed our accordion door and left it unscrewed when they left, sprayed water everywhere (and on me) in the bathroom, and left wood splinters all over the floor where they were working to name a few. Aside from the poor work ethic, they were swearing up a storm, slamming doors, and Larry was apparently so distracted that he couldn’t remember which way was hot/cold or which direction a shower head was installed. All of this and we got a bill for over $1500. When we called to talk about this, the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and arrogant - without asking any details, she immediately told us that what we were charged was fair and there was nothing to be discussed. I work in the service industry and understand that time spent on-site is time spent and sometimes the part you think is the issue turns out not to be, but to leave it at “it’s better than it was before” is shameful. Hopefully it was just a bad day and other people don’t have this experience.

My go to now after my heat went out and they fit me in right away. I use them for my home, duplex and refer to clients, fair prices and most importantly they show up and stand behind their work.
