Having had some very justifiably concerning service provider experiences in the past, I have a bit of apprehension nowadays when I must locate and call upon a new provider. In the aftermath of one such devastating service provider experience from another place, I had the relief and pleasure to meet Tim from APEX PLUMBING.

With plumbing or plumbing-related issues, rare is it that it is a matter that can wait. Tim’s responsiveness and communication were great and much appreciated preceding our first meeting. I particularly admired his straight-shooting style of frankness … and especially his HONESTY, perhaps one of the most important traits to me in business relationships. Tim and APEX PLUMBING were timely, VERY knowledgeable and he had such high ethics that I now would trust him for any future work that I need done.

I know there are many providers out there; but if you want to save yourself time and trouble screening multiple service providers in the plumbing market, you can confidently call upon APEX PLUMBING, without fear or concern at all of ethics matters, and know that you will get an excellent job done at a very fair price … with integrity to boot.

We have used Extreme several times before and recently used them again for issues with our water heater. They were booked up but said they would get out as soon as possible to look at it. Matt, one of the technicians came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. He found some other valid issues, offered some suggestions while he was there. He was awesome and took care of them right then. He ordered a new water heater and Tyler came out two days early to install it. These guys are great and really know their stuff. Like Matt, Tyler was friendly, professional and meticulous. He got us up and running in no time and the bill was very fair. We highly recommend these folks to anyone who wants great service or repair to their heating, air conditioning or plumbing issues.

I’ll start off by saying I usually never write reviews. I would be remissed if I did not give kudos where they are due. The crew that came to install a new gas line for my gas stove were extremely personable and professional! They took the time to answer all my questions and even walk me through the various steps! They went up and beyond and I will be recommending their services to anyone and everyone who needs their assistance.

Called over to fix the heat. Was very rude and creepy. Angry when he couldn't do the repairs he wanted to. Was supposed to come back the next day to change the filters. Never came back and never answered calls. Steer clear of this one.

I had a serious problem with calcium deposits from my on-demand water heater. All faucets were clogged as well as the dishwasher and washing machine. Ryan was quick to respond and his crew fixed my problems. They also completed other needed repairs. I fully recommend Big State Mechanical and will use them for any future plumbing problems. My wife and I went through the Energy Audit and replaced our Hot water tank and furnace. Circle replaced both units in our home in one day and we were up and running with an energy efficient Heater and Hot water tank. We are vey pleased with the Technician, the work and the price. We later had them install some gas pipes to hook up our new gas range, once again we were very pleased with the Technicians and Circle Plumbing.

Extremely quick and friendly service! The gentleman stated he had two jobs ahead of my office and he would be over afterwards...he was at my office within 20 mins and the clogged toilet was cleared within 5 mins or less. Randy was very pleasant, easy to communicate with and my call was answered (unlike the three other places I called and had to leave a message.) Very happy customer, thanks One Stop!

I called on Sunday evening about a clog and told them it wasn’t an emergency and was okay with waiting until Monday. I had to work Monday afternoon, though, so first thing would be ideal.

They called me Monday morning right at 9 and Dakota and Ryan were at my door by 9:30. They were in and out, professional, efficient, personable, and reasonably priced.

We had an urgent situation where the main shutoff valve for the water to our house was stuck and we couldn’t turn it back on. Living Waters came to our house after hours, unstuck the valve, and proceeded to repair a toilet that wasn’t working. The technician was professional and meticulous with his work.
