Jim and his daughter Emilee are a great team! They always answer when I call, or call me back fast if I leave a message. They've come when scheduled in advance, but also on emergency when I had a leaking pipe. They communicate well with their customers. Jim is focused and efficient while working. He never hesitates to explain what the problem is or how things work, which I appreciate! I'm just really happy with their service, and he will be my go-to plumber in the future.

I called Denali Sewer and Drain when my sewer service froze. The steam hose became lodged in my service. The technician tied it to his truck to free it but ended up breaking my cleanout and tearing the hose. He drove away, leaving the hose in my sewer. The company didn't offer to help even though I called repeatedly. A full 24 hours later they offered to send someone out but I had already called another contractor.
I feel like Denali Sewer and Drain took advantage of me and I hope they don't treat other customers this way. They didn't communicate any of the risks to me and they should have stayed to fix my sewer after they broke the hose.

The first time here, they thought the clog was fixed without snaking. A day or 2 later I found it was still clogged. They came back the next day and waived the fee for the 1st visit. They always clean up after themselves making sure not a spot remains. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.

I have contacted John twice, January 2020 and 2021, for different reasons. Returned home in 2020 from a trip and my pipes had frozen, John came right a way and ended up fixing the main leak and a secondary break after restarting furnace. This year I noticed a dry puddle under the furnace and corrosion on some pipes. After reviewing photos, John came within 5 days and replaced only what was necessary and checked the operation of the unit.
John's experience shows in his work, thoroughness and concern for his customers. I have referred John to friends and co-workers, who have let me know they too appreciate his service.
I'd say stop paying the big dogs for less and go to Fox for the best!

Robert sold the business to his brother Kevin Powell in the middle of the restoration of my mobile home after a fire. The support beams they charged to replace under my home, they sprayed with killz. The shed they charged to move and move back is now about to fall down. They stuck a two by four in the ground and nailed a block on the back wall to keep the back wall from collapsing. The door for my hot water heater can't be removed. Enstar had to come out because the gas line for my hot water heater was leaking. And could not get the door open. My porch leans into my home now. After they charged me for 27 hours of work. They actually only worked on the porch for three to four hours. I wish I could post pictures of the things they did and didn't do here. Water froze here last winter every time it got below 11 degrees. When I called them he told me to use a hair dryer. I feel they are very dishonest.

I called on Sunday evening about a clog and told them it wasn’t an emergency and was okay with waiting until Monday. I had to work Monday afternoon, though, so first thing would be ideal.
They called me Monday morning right at 9 and Dakota and Ryan were at my door by 9:30. They were in and out, professional, efficient, personable, and reasonably priced.
We will never call anyone else for drain clogs!

A+ Home Services is a great company to work with. After getting 5 competing bids, I had septic systems in three different homes completely replaced by A+ in 2017 and found them to be competitive, experienced, fast, efficient and thorough. Mike always answered his phone, no matter when I called, which is extremely important to me- I am a contractor myself (out of state) so I can be very demanding on my jobs, and as a customer. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, including the secretary manning the phones at the office. I recommend them highly..and it takes a lot for me to say that.

Trey, their customer service contact is rude, disrespectful, and not at all helpful.
Here are the details that lead me to say that:
First the company was asked to contact us to meet them at the property to go over the details of the repairs needing done and have a conversation in person. They did not do that, they just went and called after they had visited the property. Not a huge deal but not great.
Second, they were to submit to diagnosis into my home warranty within 24 hours of the home visit. Once this did not happen I and the warranty company tried reaching out (Trey is the only contact number available for the company). He would not answer or return my calls or the home warranty calls after several voicemails and texts. Finally he starts communicating but only through text with me even though I simply texted asking him to call me.
Third, he tells me via text that Mark, the technician was still working on the diagnosis and would call when it was ready. I informed him that it is required to be submitted within 24 hours, which had already passed. He only would tell me that Mark would do it when it was ready.
Trey would not provide me Mark's contact number to have the home warranty authorization department reach out to him, but then he said that Mark had already tried calling it in and could not get ahold of anyone and would try again later.
So either the fact that it was not yet ready or the statement that Mark had already tried calling was a lie.
I had the home warranty company on the phone ready to reach out and Trey still would not give me Mark's direct number, and said if they called him he could not connect them to Mark.
Instead he suggested just cancelling the service so they could assign a different contractor. I asked him to please not do that because I had an emergency water leak and needed it addressed immediately.
The home warranty informed me there is an online portal to submit the diagnosis so that should have been used instead of calling first anyway.
The home warranty offered to call the company but Trey insisted that he knew what he was doing and that they had to initiate the call so would not give me Mark's number.
He was rude and disrespectful by stating that Mark is on another job and you will have to wait for him to finish that,... I'm sorry you don't understand that
He then offered to cancel the job again.
I asked him to not cancel the job and even pointed out that despite this poor customer service I was dealing with they still had an opportunity to earn a good online review from me.
