I recently used Flow Star to repair my old furnace. Kurdel and his team were quick to diagnose the problem and most importantly locate the part needed for the repair. They went above and beyond to find the old part we needed and saved me thousands of dollars by not having to install a new system. I had a warm house when we all got home that night. My water heater went out so I called and got Sam, who was very helpful and responsive. He was able to get me scheduled within 48 hours and Justin/Brandon showed up on time for the install. They got it done quickly and hauled away my old heater and stand. Great experience overall! It was pricey for a standard water heater install ($3400ish total) but they got it done quickly and correctly.

Bought a new home with outdated EVERYTHING. Fox Plumbing helped us install new plumbing for our kitchen sink and dish washer. This included pipes, drain and vent in the wall and our garbage disposal under the sink.
Fox Plumbing also cut and relocated a portion of our baseboard radiator heating pipe.
We're moving onto a total bathroom renovation next and looking forward to having Fox in here knocking that out.

Awful customer service experience, probably the worse I've ever had, anywhere, with any product or service:
Trey, their customer service contact is rude, disrespectful, and not at all helpful.
Here are the details that lead me to say that:
First the company was asked to contact us to meet them at the property to go over the details of the repairs needing done and have a conversation in person. They did not do that, they just went and called after they had visited the property. Not a huge deal but not great.
Second, they were to submit to diagnosis into my home warranty within 24 hours of the home visit. Once this did not happen I and the warranty company tried reaching out (Trey is the only contact number available for the company). He would not answer or return my calls or the home warranty calls after several voicemails and texts. Finally he starts communicating but only through text with me even though I simply texted asking him to call me.
Third, he tells me via text that Mark, the technician was still working on the diagnosis and would call when it was ready. I informed him that it is required to be submitted within 24 hours, which had already passed. He only would tell me that Mark would do it when it was ready.
Trey would not provide me Mark's contact number to have the home warranty authorization department reach out to him, but then he said that Mark had already tried calling it in and could not get ahold of anyone and would try again later.
So either the fact that it was not yet ready or the statement that Mark had already tried calling was a lie.
I had the home warranty company on the phone ready to reach out and Trey still would not give me Mark's direct number, and said if they called him he could not connect them to Mark.
Instead he suggested just cancelling the service so they could assign a different contractor. I asked him to please not do that because I had an emergency water leak and needed it addressed immediately.
The home warranty informed me there is an online portal to submit the diagnosis so that should have been used instead of calling first anyway.
The home warranty offered to call the company but Trey insisted that he knew what he was doing and that they had to initiate the call so would not give me Mark's number.
He was rude and disrespectful by stating that Mark is on another job and you will have to wait for him to finish that,... I'm sorry you don't understand that
He then offered to cancel the job again.
I asked him to not cancel the job and even pointed out that despite this poor customer service I was dealing with they still had an opportunity to earn a good online review from me.
He then said I'm going to cancel this job with home warranty since we can't please you

Doesn't Return Calls. Left a message about a failing water heater and never got a call back.

My parents (both in their 70s) purchased a new on-demand water heater system 2 years ago for a little over $10,000 from Mountain Mechanical. One year after it was installed it stopped working and took over a week and half for them to get it working. They did not charge because it was within a month of the warranty. But now one year later it stopped working again but this time they were charged over $700 to repair it. I highly suggest people do their research when selecting a business. Seems like they are not installing correctly or the systems are low quality. These systems are supposed to last over ten years so this seems ridiculous. I would definitely not recommend Mountain Mechanical.

My water heater pilot light went out on a Sunday. McCann Plumbing walked my through the restart. I know it was busy for call backs for all businesses that day and McCann was the only one who took the time to help me. Thank you so much! I will be using McCann from no on.

After the really bad storm in December I had to call them because I lost power for 4 days and my pipes where in bad shape. The tech they sent was there for almost an hour. Fixed 4 breaks. The. Said he had to go to another job and would come back after he was done there to finish. My heat is a boiler so he left me with no heat. He never came back that night or the next day and would not answer the phone or my texts. The company would not Alsace the phone also. He texted me about 3 weeks later saying he needs to get paid. I told him to send me a bill. I just got the bill today in a text and they are charging me a late fee and 3 hours of work with after hour rate witch they told me they don’t charge after hour rates. If I was you all I would find a better company for your plumbing needs. This one will try and take advantage of you and then leave in the middle of the job and not come back.
