Best HVAC Duct in Detroit MI

I myself am a licensed plumber, but don’t snake drains. My customer had Hoover out to snake the main drain. I was there. Tech told my customer that they don’t snake through house traps and that he would have to break up the basement floor and dig up outside. To the tune of 10,000$!! I had another plumber friend of mine snake it for 100$. These guys are a total rip off. It really makes me angry when people in my trade rip people off. It gives us all a bad name. Oh, by the way the sewer opened in 5 feet, and was clear all the way out. Can anyone say commission?

Originally I called them about a toilet repair, and as we got talking they asked if there was anything else they could help me out with. I mentioned the tub faucet and replaced that too, all in one visit. They were quick, professional and so kind.

Great response time, had technician onsite next-day. Technician was cordial, on-time, and did a great job diagnosing and solving the issue. My only pain point was the price for a flapper replacement. $80 for something I could buy for $5-10 from Home Depot. Disappointing.

Absolutely unacceptable. I explained my problem very clearly on the phone (I had already used a 25ft power snake). Technician was over an hour late, upon hearing the same story I had told the booker, he said can't do anything, need x service, it will be 3-4 more days, $1200, need half up front. Absolutely not.

Called these people in hopes to find a detroit based commercial hvac contrcator.Spoke with Tony Moore of Moore brothers. He asked me to send him my blue prints via email and i did.He replyed saying he did received. One week later still no response. So i decide to call back and asked if that could follow up with me.
Still no reponse two weeks later. Dont waste your time!!!!!!!!!!

I called them because my bathtub flouset was not working. He came I talked to him about the problem and told him about the problem and what's wrong and said I have a new flaucet as well. He spends 5 mins replacing the nozzle from the new one to the old one and charged 100. I thought he was joking for doing something so simple and charging an extreme amount. He was on the phone talking to his friend talking about how how he makes $65 an hour. But the way he rips people of i can tell he's making so much more. I called to complain but Heaney said there is a service charge for just going to your house so it could be why. oI would never call them again in my life and I hope no one else has to deal with this kind of service.
