Thanks to Chris, whose thorough inspection on our furnace ensured us about our HAVC before the winter arrives. He's polite, professional, willing to answer questions and do favors. Besides inspection, he also helped me changing the filter and inspect the filter of the humdifier. Strongly recommend Hoover, from the pre and after service I belive it's a company with many staffs as dedicated as Chris.

I called Plumbing Now when I had a clog in my kitchen sink. I understood their pricing was based on an estimate of the job. When I was informed the repair would be almost $600 I was not happy but figured it must be a big job to cost that much. The work took 45 minutes from start to finish. I do feel taken and in the future I will use a licensed reputable company that charges by the hour and can estimate the time that the job will take.
On the positive side, the technician was friendly, there was no mess left behind and the sink is flowing.

P.S. Mark the owner of Plumbing Now called me after this review and in a less than polite manner told me he wanted me to take down my review. I have no problem with the workmanship of my repair and if the criteria of the solicited review stated this was the only rating they wanted, I would have given it a 5 star rating.

I had a pipe freeze and burst during the winter. Johnny came out the same day I called and took care of it. He was polite and professional.

Came out after 10:30pm and did an excellent job snaking my toilet after my granddaughter put something in it. Will definitely use them for all plumbing needs in the future!!!

Great people. Although they came to give me an estimate on some work,, they arrived when my basement started to flood and immediately went to work on draining it. I will do future business with them.

Owner was rude and does not understand gas pipe sizing

I will never deal with TNT again. Usually when snaking a drain and you feel something you stop. The tech kept going and broke his material in the pipe at Garfield then he left. I called the company several times to come and remove their broken snake.....no real answers so I just spent almost $3000 of my own money to remove TNT equipment. ....and I want my money back. And I wish they had the decency to just apologize. -- Alethea Sealy

Yes but your guys could have come back to help remove the broken equipment left in the line. That is the least he could have done. I know I had plumbing work to do. But on top of that I had to remove someone else's equipment.

Not responsive - too busy. I had to hire another Plumber to finish the job he started.

Ryan and Curtis did service at our home today. They were both professional, courteous and personable. We feel they went above and beyond as they encountered unforeseen challenges. They kept us at ease by advising us through each step. Completed the job in a timely fashion. We highly recommend this company.

After calling a dozen plumbers on a super busy day, I was relieved to find Iron Pipe online at the last minute. Not only were they able to come out the same day for a nasty backed up sewage line but they were on time, polite, and effectively got the job done at a very fair price. Definitely recommend Ron and his team, and will be looking forward to using their services again.

Courteous, conscientious, will come back if needed. They know the area. I've used Roulo's for over 45 years for snaking, installation, and maintenance. Non better.

Technician Jerry/ jay service was very excellent.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.
I really appreciated Jerry/ jay awesome customer service.
