Best Water Installation in Detroit MI

Had a tenant with the sewer drain backing up into the house. Nelson Brothers got on it right away. I was willing to pay for the night service but they called me back to say they would move it up to late afternoon so no premium for the emergency service. Yay! Fixed it thoroughly. Tenant is happy. I am happy. Great company to do business with. Professional, courteous office staff. Will have them work on all my rental properties going forward.

Chris did a wonderful job explaining to me what he had done to my furnace. Also, he went over the various maintenance programs that Hoover offers. I am pleased with the work that was done. I have also notified my neighbors about your service.

I had called a company in hazel park and they told me they didn't come to the Detroit... ain't the something.

Called this plumber. He came right away. Said I needed a drain cleaned. OK. Then he said he cleaned two. I paid him. Gave him a nice tip. He said problem was taken care of. The next day, I was experiencing the same problem. I call him (Washington Quinn) and he told me he would come back out for a charge. For the same problem? He was very rude and hung up on me three times. He did not leave a receipt. Now he won't answer my calls. Now all I want is my receipt. I will call another plumber. I will not recommend this plumber to anyone! PS- He bought a kid with him. He played with my grandson - got a goody bag. Nice kid but - to work? Will never use this plumber again-nor tell anyone else to!!!!

They came out the day I called for the estimate and did the job the next morning. Excellent job.

Excitedly moved into my new home last summer only to experience a barrage of problems. After the initial basement and yard flooding I had a plumbing leak from the upstairs washroom that subsequently partially took down the ceiling in the spare bedroom. Turns out the plumbing was running uphill. Bubby's came in and completely redid the plumbing and I could see it was a challenge. It was apparent during that job that the toilet upstairs required a new flange so I just had them replace both toilets in the house so I would have no more issues. The shower drain upstairs had been installed incorrectly and Bubbys repaired and replaced parts... now it drains beautifully!
I wanted a new double sink to replace the single, sink in the kitchen. The single sink was an undermount under granite and the new double sink I bought was not quite the right size, also getting to the plumbing under the sink was a big challenge just to fit someone's shoulders to get in there and work. Again, the original plumbing was wonky and needed to be redone. This job was absolutely amazing. The owner himself came over to do it.
Finally, one thing I had budgeted for was a new dishwasher so I recently treated myself and bought a new dishwasher. Again, another challenging install for the guys. It required moving an electrical outlet in the basement, new plumbing and levelling (nothing they found was level with the old diswasher) and some pretty creative work to get it to fit in the existing cavity. The old dishwasher looked absolutely terrible the way it was installed and the new looks amazing.
This company answers the phone in person; actually they also have an anwering service and can take calls and messages when the office is closed. They make a booking for you, show up on time, have an automated billing process and you can send etransfer easily if you like.
The one thing I noticed is that each and every time workers came to the house they were all happy and they all spoke highly of the company they work for. Obviously they are treated well. If you have read this far, thanks, I know you will be happy with Bubby's Plumbing.

A+ Iron Pipe Sewer and Drain arrived within an hour of my phone call, even on July 5th, Friday of the holiday weekend! The service was prompt, successful and very fairly priced. Ron was very informative, taking time to explain the issues and options.

We are new homeowners in this older home since January. We have a home warranty. The warranty company had sent their contractor out on July 3rd and charged $60 to say the clog was outside the foundation. They only used a camera and said they saw roots and mud and would not snake – they never looked inside the house. They said we needed a major dig up and the contractor referred us to one of their contacts that could do the work. We instead called Iron Pipe Sewer and Drain. Iron Pipe Sewer and Drain snaked from right inside the house to the street. There was not a clog. They snaked within the house, found the blockage and fixed it. I would definitely recommend Iron Pipe Sewer and Drain.

Honestly, look no further! First time using these guys and was really happy. They are reasonably price and will come out and do the job you need without trying to upsell you. My Mom had a kitchen drain (plugged) and they made it look easy. Super Happy.

Technician Jerry/ jay service was very excellent.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.
I really appreciated Jerry/ jay awesome customer service.

First, I wouldn't leave any stars but I don't have that choice. The company came out at 4:00 to replace an above ground 1 foot section of PVC. The work took less than 20 minutes. He gave us a $190 bill. When asked why it was so high he said it was to pay for his overtime. Mind you, he came out at 4pm on a Wednesday. We were not told in advance that we had to pay overtime charges. Their Yellow Page ad states they will tell a person the charge before doing the work. My husband called, talked to Tim who gave us the overtime speech again. Tim said the parts were $20 and Tim had to pay the guy to go get the parts. He did leave to get the parts. He went right to his truck that was parked in our driveway. To shut us up Tim agreed to refund $35, which he would mail to us that same day. My husband has been calling to find out if the check is in the mail. Tim claims he mailed it out but when asked what address he mailed it to he didn't know. He said he would look it up and call back. He didn't call back so my husband, Randy called him. Tim asked what our address was. Randy asked him if he mailed the check he should know the address. Tim then came up with the wrong address. Tim's exact words were This is too much bull€*_# for $35.00. According to Tim he now has to wait for the check to clear the bank, yep, the check we never received. If he DID mail it to the wrong address and someone there cashed it, not our problem. Yes, $35.00 might not seem like a lot of money to him but on my paycheck that is 3 hours I have to work. He did send us a card for 20% off of our next job. If we were to call them back, which we won't be, he would probably jack the price up 25% to give us a 20% discount. He was very unprofessional, rude and kept blowing us off. After all, his words, it is only $35. Next call to the BBB.
