Best Water Heater Problems in Detroit MI

Johnny came immediately (15min) after I called. It was after hours (after 5pm), so it was great that he was able to make it to my house so quick, especially during rush hour. Johnny unclogged my toilet within minutes. Service was quick, great, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

I called late in the evening and they came the very next morning to fix a leak in my bathroom. Affordable and quality work!

Called Thursday to request service on Saturday as we had to leave town Friday morning for about 15 hours. Was told that I would receive a call between 11am and 3pm on Saturday. By 3:16pm Saturday, heard nothing, so called office. After 5 minutes someone finally answered. I was told that things were backed but that someone would be available later in the day. At 5pm someone called and said that repairman would be at house in about 20 minutes.Repairman , Dana, arrived by 5:30pm. Had problem fixed and left in about 45 minutes.Bottom line was repairman was very congenial , professional and did a good job. However, office operation needs improvement..

I truly COULDN'T be happier that I chose Heaney Heating to replace my central air unit. First of all, Everyone in the office was extremely courteous! They got a technician out the next morning for an estimate, and their price beat every other estimate I received. John was who installed the unit, and I can't say enough good things about him! He was EXTREMELY HONEST from the very beginning! Plus, I feel he went above and beyond in making sure everything was working great before he left! He cleaned up after himself, so all I had to do was sit back, and ENJOY the COOL AIR! THANK YOU HEANEY! And THANK YOU JOHN!!! You guys are THE BEST!!!

I called to enquire about services and the person who answered the phone told me I had the wrong number. I verified that I was speaking to the plumbing company; he replied I was. I repeated my inquiry and the person hung up on me. This is very unprofessional. They do not deserve 1 full star!

The jobs was outsourced to a surburban company.... To place a toilet and a variety I was given a estimate of 1500.00 I think its because I want black and obviously Gamble doesn't care about repeat customers.. I have used Gamble at least 2 other occasions and the customer service was totally different. Very disengious and I will never call Gamble again
