I called Plumbing Now during an emergency plumbing situation one
Saturday morning. True to their word on not believing in voice mail,
Sandy answered the phone right away. In a very short time, she was able
to calm me down, explain all the pricing and assure me she would have
someone out right away. I told her I had left a voicemail for another
company and she said it was understandable in my situation to go with
whichever company could get there first and to let her know if I needed
to cancel them. Sandy called back a couple of times to keep me updated on the wait time and was pleasant and professional every time. Needleless to say, the other company never called me back and Plumbing Now got the job and any and all future jobs I might need.
Adam and Max were the first team I had the pleasure to meet. They made sure I understood the pricing and went right to work fixing the issue at hand. They explained that while they fixed the issue at present, it would most likely happen again as my plumbing is extremely outdated. Before they left, they gave me some estimates for what needed to be done and explained their Diamond Club program.
Not long after this, I decided to have them come back and do the necessary updates to my plumbing. This time I got to meet Mark and
David. Once again, they came out right away and ended up doing quite a
big job on the spot as they had all parts they needed and some time to
do it. Long story short, all is good now! I was very impressed with the
work and the people. They were all professional, pleasant and even
funny. I definitely recommend them!

I had called a company in hazel park and they told me they didn't come to the Detroit... ain't the something.

Technician Jerry/ jay service was very excellent.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.
I really appreciated Jerry/ jay awesome customer service.

Awesome Company!!! Special thanks to Julian and Chads!!! Very professional and super nice guys!!! We just bought our house and the floor drain in our basement was backing up something awful. We couldn't run our kitchen water or do laundry without our basement getting flooded. We called around to different places and everyone was super expensive. Excellent work. Quoted on a Friday and scheduled work for the following Tuesday. On time and communicative throughout the whole process. Met quoted price even after adding new garbage disposal to the list. Very clean even while needing to remove drywall and some interior block wall for access. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Justin did a great job, in a timely manner, wore protective booties & used appropriate drop clothes where he worked the repairs. I was very pleased with Nowicki's Plumbing and would highly recommend them to anyone! They even came out to Dearborn!
