If I could rate zero I would. Plumber made an appointment with me to estimate a job, then did not contact me as he was supposed to. Plumber also didn't answer my call when I tried to reach out to him after he failed to contact me. FYI the job was a simple replacement of shower fixtures. Dont call him!

Don't know why these guys come 3 deep and all others come solo- was quoted 99 dollars niece left the exact amount these guys come back saying hey boss you're a dollar short- and left the there area dirty with no attempt to clean it up- still thinking about how to me they were trying to case out the house for the third guy comes in after everyone is in the basement had kitchen door closed and he went back out and never saw him againagain- be careful with this gang of 3 for a 1 man's job shees!!! Called roto rooter came for the same 99.00dollars and 1 guy handle the job 24 days after TNT and he clean his area after he was finished and he showed us the camera view of the roots causing the slow drainage all for $99.00

Had a emergency with my condo in downtown Detroit late on a Saturday night of course. I called 3 places before I came across Ron at Iron Pipe. I wish I called him first. He was the only one willing to come out and help me out. He was very friendly and easy going. Fixed my issue without any issues. He charged a reasonable amount for the time he was there and I was extremely satisfied with the service. I have his card and will be using him in the future if I ever have any more issues. I woke up one morning to see a leak in my living room ceiling. After trying many different plumbing services around me, with no luck, Waterwork Plumbing promptly responded to my call immediately and was very understanding of my situation and urgency, and sent out the crew the same day. The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. They explained the process the entire time, and kept me up to date. Their prices are great, and quality of work is even more amazing.

I would like to say that I have used this company in the past and they have been nothing but professional. However, We had someone at our house about 6 weeks ago to give us an estimate. We were told he would have it within a week. A week goes by, and then another. I decided to call and see what was going on. I was told that they would call the estimator (guy who showed up to see the project) and get back with me; never heard back. This happened on 3 occasions. At this point, I wouldn't even trust these people with our project as I have given them 3 chances to call me back and simply let me know a status.Updated: I did speak with Derek after I posted this and he did apologize. There was a lot of mis-communication internally and my estimate was deleted out of their system. In all honesty, I like this company, they did admit their wrong doing but did in fact make up for it. So I am changing my rating..

They had someone out in under 4 hours when everyone else was claiming 5 days availability. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. The tech cleaned my drain and cleaned around him. Thank you mamba plumbing in Dearborn.

First, I wouldn't leave any stars but I don't have that choice. The company came out at 4:00 to replace an above ground 1 foot section of PVC. The work took less than 20 minutes. He gave us a $190 bill. When asked why it was so high he said it was to pay for his overtime. Mind you, he came out at 4pm on a Wednesday. We were not told in advance that we had to pay overtime charges. Their Yellow Page ad states they will tell a person the charge before doing the work. My husband called, talked to Tim who gave us the overtime speech again. Tim said the parts were $20 and Tim had to pay the guy to go get the parts. He did leave to get the parts. He went right to his truck that was parked in our driveway. To shut us up Tim agreed to refund $35, which he would mail to us that same day. My husband has been calling to find out if the check is in the mail. Tim claims he mailed it out but when asked what address he mailed it to he didn't know. He said he would look it up and call back. He didn't call back so my husband, Randy called him. Tim asked what our address was. Randy asked him if he mailed the check he should know the address. Tim then came up with the wrong address. Tim's exact words were This is too much bull€*_# for $35.00. According to Tim he now has to wait for the check to clear the bank, yep, the check we never received. If he DID mail it to the wrong address and someone there cashed it, not our problem. Yes, $35.00 might not seem like a lot of money to him but on my paycheck that is 3 hours I have to work. He did send us a card for 20% off of our next job. If we were to call them back, which we won't be, he would probably jack the price up 25% to give us a 20% discount. He was very unprofessional, rude and kept blowing us off. After all, his words, it is only $35. Next call to the BBB.

Great work, clean and professional!

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!

Very dissatisfying and unprofessional I wouldn't recommend this place at all I would recommend they go out of business the plumber called prior to a job expressing his concerns about getting paid without accessing the job on top of wanting me to know about his children in the back seat an how they have to eat very uncalled for why tell a potential customer about how people have cheated him out of $20000 TMI BE AWARE
