My mother in law called plumbing now and he came out and charged her $998 installed for a new sump pump. She is an 80 year old Italian lady that did not call any family because she did not want to bother them. She trusted him and he completely took advantage of an elderly women. Other plumbers I talked to said he is called plumbing WOW. For what he did to her they used terms like raped, gooned and scammed. He charged my wife $400 to restock and got $600 back. Bought new pump for $200 and installed by family. If she had to pay 1 hour labor say $100 she still would have been $700 less. She is on an income and he took complete advantage. Another person gave a response to negative reviews by saying it must be the other one out of town. No this was Windsor. I would like to give minus 5 stars but can't. Avoid plumbing now unless your rich and do not care about money. I will pursue this as far as I can. Next is Better Business Bureau and social media.

Had Bunny's Plumbing come out and install a tankless water heater, and sump pump. They did a awesome job, cleaned everything up after they were done. Workmanship was great.

I had previously contacted Roto-Rooter and they could not snake the drain and told me they would charge me $1,300 to get a hydro machine to clear it. I contacted TNT Plumbing and they were very professional and they came out quickly and only charged me $300 to clear the drain.

Paid this gentleman $1400 for few repairs one big the rest smaller. Did the big job that ended up defective and Ave us the run around for 2 months now. Nothing was finished
