I had a leak coming down through the attic into my laundry room and could not figure out how and why. Adam from Plumbing Now in Windsor was amazing. It was a Sunday and he came out, found the problem and fixed it. He was polite and knew his stuff. Went above and beyond to explain the issue, took pictures from the attic and just didn't repair the pipe that was leaking because of the air conditioner but replaced the piping. Mark, the owner called a couple of times to tell me Adam would be able to come by and then again to let me know time. Just great customer service and knowledgeable.

Great experience with Drain Station today. My kitchen sink has been backing up for a week and after several attempts to clear the clog myself I broke down and call Drain Station. They are located close to me in Ferndale which was great but the real selling point was they would come out at a set appointment that I chose the same day. The plumber Johnny was excellent to deal with; very punctual and friendly. On top of Drain Station and Johnny's excellent service was their 60 day warranty on the work.

Definitely would recommend them to anyone. Especially if you want a firm appointment.

Brandon and team installed a sump pump and back water valve for my older home. Very courteous and amazing worth ethic, these guys were here all day and I did not even notice them taking a break! Couldn’t get the job all done (as they have to rely on our horrible city administration to inspect our he job) in one visit but Brandon explained next steps and that they would come back when they can coordinate with city. Will always recommend Bubby’s plumbing for all plumbing needs!

I had mention that my laundry sink was backed up the operator told me that it didn’t matter and that they had the tools for the job but as soon as someone got here they did not have the correct tools . When I mentioned that the drain might be clogged the plumber told me since I know some much about plumbing why I didn’t do it and he insisted that my cement needed to be busted up before even tryin to figure out the simple solution . Long story short I took the pipe that was under the sink aloose and it was just clogged this place is a scam.

Had back up drain in bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Was not sure if pipes old or just normal hair clog for bathroom and food or old pipes for kitchen. I was referred to Mike by a friend. Mike was very friendly when calling to set an appointment and worked out a date to come out (not an emergency situation or he would've fit in). Called before arriving as promised. No issue with Kitchen sink - disposal worked itself out with simple fix and no need to do anything to that. Bathroom sink was normal hair/soap back up and was easy fix. Did find out from Mike and Jason that the contractors that did the bathroom remodel did not replace the galvanized pipes as they were told to do. I am VERY happy with service: friendliness and honesty I received as well as advisement on what product not to use and only use if needed. I am very pleased with the referral to Mike and did let my friend know! I will DEFINITELY refer to others. Honest, professional, timely & friendly service! After trying many different plumbing services around me, with no luck, Waterwork Plumbing promptly responded to my call immediately and was very understanding of my situation and urgency, and sent out the crew the same day. The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. They explained the process the entire time, and kept me up to date. Their prices are great, and quality of work is even more amazing.

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!
