We had a clogged backwater valve, which ruined a beautiful Saturday for us. I took a chance and called the first website I came upon, being unfamiliar with any plumbing services in the city. Plumbing Now was a great call; Mark responded promptly and predicted the possible issue over the phone with confidence and provided a rough price for the work. He reassured me that everything would be alright and arrived earlier than expected. The problem was fixed within the hour and they double checked that there were no further issues. Plumbing Now was courteous and professional.

They showed up within 20 minutes and had my issue fixed within an hour or so. Thank you very much for service!

A leaky pipe that was bound to be a problem was easily solved by them + plus they quickly corrected an issue with my outdoor hose bib.

The previous owner of my house seemed to like connector to connector to connector, and there was an issue. Glad I called the pros in to get the job done right.

Ripping customers off, no reciepts dont do the job but demand to be paid after causing more damage leaving their snake stuck in drain an refusing to remove it. Causing foot of sewage to back in basement very rude tryin to extort more money

We highly recommend this crew to anyone. I came to them while they were working on a neighbors issue. They were friendly and professional. They came in and prepped the house by covering doorways and fixtures, explained exactly what they were doing at each phase of the pipe replacement, and were quick for the big job we had for them. Once they were done, they cleaned up the mess and made sure we were happy with the results. If you want quality work at a fair price, you found the right company!

Technician Jerry/ jay service was very excellent.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.

We had an excellent experience working with Cregger. They are experts in their field and did exceptional work. We had them repipe our house, hydro jet our sewer line, install our bathtub, toilet and vanity. The prices were reasonable and Danny and his crew were on time, efficient, and very pleasant to work with. Will definitely call them again with any future plumbing needs!

Went through them with American Homeshield to get service on the ac. It took 4 days to even get an appointment. Then was told that it'll take 2 more weeks until they can come out to do the job because they're too busy. American Homeshield needs to start giving their contract out to another company.

Overcharged me, for a minuscule amount of work.

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!
