Horrible! I called and was told someone would be out between an hr and a hr and a half, almost 3 hrs later I haven’t heard from anyone!

Called and made appointment late at night for the next day. It was a Saturday morning. He was running late but texted me to let me know. Showed up and knew the problem immediately. Stayed until he was absolutely sure it wasn’t going to keep acting up. Advised to have back flow valve installed. Informed me that the City has a program to subsidize it. I’ll call them back and have them install it.
Price for a Saturday was excellent. Did not overcharge. Honest person.

Good company I will use them in the future. I do think $175 an hour is a bit high for snaking a drain. ken the plumber was fast efficient and did a good job. The people I talked to were nice and listened to me. They did not discount what I told them. They treated me with respect.

We used Five Guys to fix our hot water heater and they did a great job with everything. A previous plumber we called tried to sell us on a new one, but Five Guys did a few repairs for a great price and it has been working great ever since. They are honest and always ready to help, I would highly recommend them.
