Highly recommend this company. My water heater was leaking everywhere I was able to get ahold of their company's after hour service and was forwarded to a plumber immediately. He instructed me how to turn off the water and came out and replaced my water heater that day. Very clean and efficient. He wore a mask and foot protection.

This is specific to the Dearborn, MI service number. Everything started off great. Called and immediately had someone come out to help on Friday 3/12/21. They charge you for coming to your home PLUS charge you for diagnosing separately. Whatever that's fine. The guy figures out what to do to possibly fix my problem but doesn't have the equipment to do it today, another guy has it. Okay understandable. I still have to pay half the money for the quoted price upfront. Ok that's cool. Wrote a check. He will come tomorrow Saturday. The time window for the guy to come Saturday comes and goes and we get the call that it will be Sunday between 8am and 1pm. That time window comes and goes. Call again and it turns into 1pm to 7pm and of course... that time window comes and goes with no show. It now turns to Monday (the day I write this) will be the day. They will be here around 10am, 10am turn to right now almost noon and still nothing.I respect the hell out of tradesmen, they have valuable skills and do some tough work that a lot folks don't want to do or have the skill to do, but with Edwards Plumbing and Heating the lack of communication and ability to maintain a schedule is repulsive and unprofessional. In no way shape or form would I ever recommend these guys. I get things happen when these sorts of jobs and time frames change but I changed my schedule around for THREE days to sit around for this company and lost out on money from my work dealing with these clowns. They probably do good work but they just wont show up to actually do it.

Called Waterworks after having them snake my drain once before. I have always had to do it yearly because of roots but this time, just 3 months later the drain in the basement was backing up. I knew it wasn't good. Called on a Sunday and they said they could come out the next day. I had to work but had someone else in the house and they kept me up to date over the phone and explained that the drain was blocked far out towards the main line and only a 6 inch blade could clear it up. Unfortunately with the old style construction of a 1950s house, the trap did not allow for this. They had to break concrete in the basement to install a new straight style trap. Turns out the old trap had pretty much also disintegrated. They did all the work in about 8 hours THAT SAME MONDAY (crazy fast, right???), poured new concrete and cleaned up too! Put down tarps through the house so that the snowy slushy day didnt track in mud everywhere. The guys were very knowledgeable and had genuine excitement about their jobs so you knew they were going to do a good job. You can't ask for more! Very satisfied and would call back!

We had a backup of the main line. I was able to schedule a call that evening over the internet. In the morning I followed up with a phone call. They were busy with other calls due to a big storm, but promised to be out today. They were, they fixed the problem, and all is well. Tech was very polite and knew his job. Very pleased. Would recommend their services.
