Moved into our new condo and had drain problems, first plumber came out twice, my third call was to Bison and I'm so happy and excited I found them. Rick and crew were Rock Stars! I can't praise them enough for getting to the problem and repairing it, at a very reasonable price. I called to enquire about services and the person who answered the phone told me I had the wrong number. I verified that I was speaking to the plumbing company; he replied I was. I repeated my inquiry and the person hung up on me. This is very unprofessional. They do not deserve 1 full star!
