Edit; Yes the fence was finally replaced several months later and I am happy now. Please in the future, try harder contacting all property's affected by your work. Emergencies are unforeseeable, but leaving adjoining owners in the dark about damages can be avoided. I still have to come out of my own pocket to replace the grass that was ruined. I should not have been affected by this at all, and since I have been, I should be made whole without hesitation.

I called Cregger for an estimate on a new central air unit. The 1910 home I purchased did not have air conditioning. They showed up to inspect my current forced air furnace, determined what size of central air unit was needed and provided an estimate. They were very detailed in our proposal and the quote was affordable. On installation day, received a call that they were 30 minutes out and on time. The team was professional and explained what was going to be completed. Derrick Williams knows his craft and installation went as planned. AWESOME work! I would highly recommend Cregger for all of your heating, plumbing and cooling needs.

DO NOT HIRE! The plumber showed up at my house without confirming a time with us beforehand. He charged us $95 to plunge our drain and was there for a total of 5 minutes tops. They only allow Zelle payments (which take 1-3 days) and then called me several times to ask why they hadn’t received the money yet, when it hadn’t even been 24 hours since the service. When they called for the 4th time (still less than 24 hours after service) I cancelled the payment and tried another transaction, hoping it would go through quicker. When they didn’t receive the payment they showed up on my front porch!!! No phone call, no notice, just came over unannounced like they were loan sharks. Very unprofessional. Very inappropriate.

Ray has been coming to our rescue for the last three or four years. He's always friendly, personable, and professional. He has performed a number of plumbing jobs for us from the very small - like replacing a toilet flipper or garbage disposal - to more intense jobs like having to cut and repair a main drain that wasn't properly installed in the first place. He does a lot of jobs in a day, and the nature of plumbing is that not all jobs go according to plan; so if he's running behind, he stays in touch so I know when to expect him. I'd recommend Brock's to anyone in the metro area needing a good, honest plumber who charges reasonable prices for quality work.

I called to enquire about services and the person who answered the phone told me I had the wrong number. I verified that I was speaking to the plumbing company; he replied I was. I repeated my inquiry and the person hung up on me. This is very unprofessional. They do not deserve 1 full star!
