Best Emergency Plumbing Repairs in Detroit MI

Scam artists. Will charge you hundreds of dollars for simple repairs. I.E. toilet flap $180 dollars. You can buy a new toilet for less. Simple 90 degree elbow on a gas line, again they wanted at least 125 dollars. Other companies will charge half. Way to keep your customers Nelson Brothers. Scam people who can't make they're own repairs.

Chris did an outstanding job! Extremely thorough, ensured there were no leaks, cleaned up and explained in detail what I need to do for the winter. I would absolutely have him back for future needs.

My mother in law called plumbing now and he came out and charged her $998 installed for a new sump pump. She is an 80 year old Italian lady that did not call any family because she did not want to bother them. She trusted him and he completely took advantage of an elderly women. Other plumbers I talked to said he is called plumbing WOW. For what he did to her they used terms like raped, gooned and scammed. He charged my wife $400 to restock and got $600 back. Bought new pump for $200 and installed by family. If she had to pay 1 hour labor say $100 she still would have been $700 less. She is on an income and he took complete advantage. Another person gave a response to negative reviews by saying it must be the other one out of town. No this was Windsor. I would like to give minus 5 stars but can't. Avoid plumbing now unless your rich and do not care about money. I will pursue this as far as I can. Next is Better Business Bureau and social media.

Very nice and friendly person. Had a problem at a rental house of mine. They came out the next day and took of it without any problems. There was even a small issue that wasnt foreseen that they fixed for me. Will definitely use them again if i ever have any plumbing needs.

Technician Jerry/ jay service was very excellent.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.

This company is the best! They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and patient with each customer. We had a basement flooding in my condo complex and they were able to send out one of their “BEST” employees. Scott arrived earlier than I had expected which was great, he was able to find out the problem and solve it. He basically saved my entire building from flooding all the units, with his expertise, kind manner and exceptional knowledge of the problem. He was able to assist the grounds keeper and the property manager with this unfortunate problem that occurred when I was leaving at 5am for a long trip and was worried about leaving my condo and cat there.If it wasn’t for him and his patience, I would have probably had to postpone my trip!Thank you to Scott and all the amazingly awesome staff at Levine & Sons!!!Every staff member office or on the road deserves a “pat on the back” for all they do to help those in need.

I called to enquire about services and the person who answered the phone told me I had the wrong number. I verified that I was speaking to the plumbing company; he replied I was. I repeated my inquiry and the person hung up on me. This is very unprofessional. They do not deserve 1 full star!
