The entire staff that worked at our house is very professional and courteous. We were in the middle of a bathroom renovation and decided we were a little in over our heads for the tub and shower install. We needed someone immediately and called six different recommended plumbers—most never returned our calls and the rest were too booked up. I called Plumbing Now. They had so many good Google reviews that we decided to try them out, and they came by within the hour. Not only did they rough in our plumbing and install our new bathtub, but they were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They already had everything they needed for the job on their truck, and they were in and out within two hours—as promised when they saw and assessed what we needed. It was such excellent service that we will be recommending them to anyone looking for a plumber in the future, as well as our own future plumbing needs.

They showed up within 20 minutes and had my issue fixed within an hour or so. Thank you very much for service!

Horrible customer service. Dishonest business practice. Was told I would get a call from the owner about a way that an employee spoke to me over the phone about the services. This employee was a plumber with the company. While on the phone with me he used vulgar language and false accusations. The company had no issue taking me call and my money. The story, the pricing, and rhe service i received was very different from the services I requested. When i tried to work with the company to find a solution, the customer service rep for the company led me to believe she was concerned as i was. Til this day i have no received even a courtesy call. Would not recommend them to anyone.

After calling a dozen plumbers on a super busy day, I was relieved to find Iron Pipe online at the last minute. Not only were they able to come out the same day for a nasty backed up sewage line but they were on time, polite, and effectively got the job done at a very fair price. Technician Jerry/ jay service was very excellent.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.
I really appreciated Jerry/ jay awesome customer service.
