Best Drain Plumbing in Detroit MI

I called Nelson Brothers to snake a drain that would back up in the spring. The guy they sent out was a jerk with an attitude. He barely did the job ( I had to pay to have another company to come out and snake the drain correctly within a month) and when he presented me with the overly expensive bill, I told him I had a $10 off coupon, and he told me that he already factored that into the bill, which was an outright lie, because I never mentioned the coupon to anyone, including him. I would never use this company again, and I have told all my friends, family, and coworkers the same. All this company cares about is money. No customer service, and a very poor work ethic. Plumbers are a dime a dozen, might as well spend your money with a good company that will appreciate your business and not rip you off.

Sandy assessed my situation of leaks and did everything to both get my pipes repaired and at a time convenient for me. Adam and Max were very thorough keeping me informed and took care to ensure the source of leaks was properly determined. Everything was explained to me and repaired thoroughly. They totally met my needs and I have no more leaks.

Big Larry came out and gave AMAZING service! Our basement flooded around 5pm. We called around for more than an hour to get someone to come out and shake it. Unfortunately, many people in metro Detroit are experiencing flooded basements. Quinton answered and said someone will be out in an hour. Although it did take longer than an hour (due to them being extremely busy), we are so grateful that someone was able to come out tonight. Larry was very friendly and did a thorough job. The roots in our system makes the job a little tougher. We'll definitely use Quick Fixx again. Thanks Larry!

Had back up drain in bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Was not sure if pipes old or just normal hair clog for bathroom and food or old pipes for kitchen. I was referred to Mike by a friend. Mike was very friendly when calling to set an appointment and worked out a date to come out (not an emergency situation or he would've fit in). Called before arriving as promised. No issue with Kitchen sink - disposal worked itself out with simple fix and no need to do anything to that. Bathroom sink was normal hair/soap back up and was easy fix. Did find out from Mike and Jason that the contractors that did the bathroom remodel did not replace the galvanized pipes as they were told to do. I am VERY happy with service: friendliness and honesty I received as well as advisement on what product not to use and only use if needed. I am very pleased with the referral to Mike and did let my friend know! I will DEFINITELY refer to others. Honest, professional, timely & friendly service! I had my main drain snaked on August 19th and before 30 days I have another backup. I called the company and advised them of this I was asked if I had the name of the technician so that they could pull the order . I cannot find the receipt so as a result I'll have to pay for another plumber because I will not pay for a company that collected $150 cash from me and will not pull the receipt based on my name address and date of transaction. I was given a receipt that was a carbon copy so if they really back their work with a 30-day guarantee they would pull their file to confirm that I actually had service on the date I referenced.

First job Ryan did a good job. Second job unfinished and I still have a leak. Waited all day on 12-03-18,no call no show.Tried to call did not answer voicemail full.

We've had Roulo's out on several different occasions for various issues. They're prompt, knowledgeable, and pricing is fair. Our water heater went out last week, and within 5 hours of placing the call, they were able to get to our house and install a replacement.
