We were in the middle of a bathroom renovation and decided we were a little in over our heads for the tub and shower install. We needed someone immediately and called six different recommended plumbers—most never returned our calls and the rest were too booked up. I called Plumbing Now. They had so many good Google reviews that we decided to try them out, and they came by within the hour. Not only did they rough in our plumbing and install our new bathtub, but they were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They already had everything they needed for the job on their truck, and they were in and out within two hours—as promised when they saw and assessed what we needed. It was such excellent service that we will be recommending them to anyone looking for a plumber in the future, as well as our own future plumbing needs.

Big Larry came out and gave AMAZING service! Our basement flooded around 5pm. We called around for more than an hour to get someone to come out and shake it. Unfortunately, many people in metro Detroit are experiencing flooded basements. Quinton answered and said someone will be out in an hour. Although it did take longer than an hour (due to them being extremely busy), we are so grateful that someone was able to come out tonight. Larry was very friendly and did a thorough job. The roots in our system makes the job a little tougher. We'll definitely use Quick Fixx again. Thanks Larry!

Horrible customer service. Dishonest business practice. Was told I would get a call from the owner about a way that an employee spoke to me over the phone about the services. This employee was a plumber with the company. While on the phone with me he used vulgar language and false accusations. The company had no issue taking me call and my money. The story, the pricing, and rhe service i received was very different from the services I requested. When i tried to work with the company to find a solution, the customer service rep for the company led me to believe she was concerned as i was. Til this day i have no received even a courtesy call. Would not recommend them to anyone.

The guys came, they were fast and friendly and cleared my sewer line no problem. They answered all my questions and offered solutions to prevent future backups. Great, friendly and fast service.

repaired my gas water heater great job there were fast and the price was just right ill call them back again when i have a plumbing problem.

New home owner. Woke up to six feet of sewage/water from recent flooding in metro Detroit. Initially the drains were running ok but slow. Called about a week later came out within two days and even did evening appointment (which I appreciated since I used up almost all my vacation days for flood clean up). Fair price, educated me on the drains and what drains did what, cleaned up before they left. Would use them again without concerns. Definitely would recommend them.

Technician Jerry/ jay service was very excellent.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.

We have had some issues with a toilet no flushing and gurgling. The clog cleared itself before Andrew, the plumbing tech, reached our home. In lieu of this, Andrew was able to help diagnose what the cause may have been(a possible venting issue), and how we can prevent that moving forward. He also was able to recommend having a separate team come out and cut the roots out of our sewer line, which we will be hiring Cregger to do very soon (we have some shelves that were built in by the previous homeowner over the clean out they need to access so he was unable to do that at this time). Looking forward to using their services again, as their team is knowledgable, helpful, and respectful!
