Best Drain in Detroit MI

I am a client of Nelson Brothers now for over 40 years. My family prior to that time frame. Nelson Brothers is the ONLY plumbing company I ask for and trust.

Highly recommend. Nick and Nathan did some electrical work, and we're very respectful of my house and myself and explained everything they were going to do and gave me a choice of estimates before starting the work. Great service. Very happy and will use them again.

This company never answers the phone just texts and says busy with another customer... But that's all you'll get out out this company

I really appreciated that even though the plumber was only going to be a half hour so later than scheduled that I received a courtesy call and wasn't left to wondering when he would arrive. Job was done quickly and professionally!

Came out but was only fixed for 2 weeks. Then they said one time only they'd repair it again for free. They never came again and the responses were unprofessional. Only reason it not a 1 star is it was fixed for 2 weeks

Mike the owner is, one of the most cordial, prompt, accommodating professionals I've had the pleasure of doing business with. In my discourse with him regarding the plumbing issue, Mike assessed the problem and proceeded to explain what was needed and how he would resolve it. I can say he's more like a doctor with great bedside manners....So if you know like I know, his kind, are few and far between. Lastly, the employee that was with him was outstanding as well.

Most important, the workmanship was grade A.
