They literally just finished up installing my brand new tankless water heater. Unfortunately I had a friend who knew what he was doing try to save me a few bucks by installing it the first time but he made a mess of the job. Mike came out to make sure there wasn't an emergency and that my family was safe for the time being. A few days later (today) he came back, uninstalled and reinstalled my heater the right way. He even moved it to a better location in my basement! Call them if you need a honest plumber!!

After charging me $600 for a drain snake and a valve swap, they had me on my back doing my own work on my valve. They couldn't do it. Plumber fantasy camp. What a joke. Still leaking.
