Best Commercial Repair in Detroit MI

I've been using Nelson Brothers for seven years now and always have top-notch service with respectful employees who pride themselves on doing the job right. Ed is the best drain guy around and always takes time to explain the details in a way that is easy to understand. Also, I recently had an apprentice plumber named Jonathan out to replace a bad valve on my hot water heater. He was excellent, efficient, and even made some other non-emergency replacement recommendations without any pressure at all to buy. I appreciate that type of honesty and expertise!

Great experience with Drain Station today. My kitchen sink has been backing up for a week and after several attempts to clear the clog myself I broke down and call Drain Station. They are located close to me in Ferndale which was great but the real selling point was they would come out at a set appointment that I chose the same day. The plumber Johnny was excellent to deal with; very punctual and friendly. On top of Drain Station and Johnny's excellent service was their 60 day warranty on the work.

Definitely would recommend them to anyone. Especially if you want a firm appointment.

Had back up drain in bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Was not sure if pipes old or just normal hair clog for bathroom and food or old pipes for kitchen. I was referred to Mike by a friend. Mike was very friendly when calling to set an appointment and worked out a date to come out (not an emergency situation or he would've fit in). Called before arriving as promised. No issue with Kitchen sink - disposal worked itself out with simple fix and no need to do anything to that. Bathroom sink was normal hair/soap back up and was easy fix. Did find out from Mike and Jason that the contractors that did the bathroom remodel did not replace the galvanized pipes as they were told to do. I am VERY happy with service: friendliness and honesty I received as well as advisement on what product not to use and only use if needed. I am very pleased with the referral to Mike and did let my friend know! I will DEFINITELY refer to others. Honest, professional, timely & friendly service! Well after calling 8 plumbing companies after a serious storm affected many homes in the area. I was able to reach Iron Pipe Sewers and
D Drains booked appt same day. Friwndly yet professional Repairman arrived early and fixed our hot water heater that was quoted by others up to 3x the costs with a 3-7 day wait.
Couldn't be happier to have hot water same day!

I woke up one morning to see a leak in my living room ceiling. After trying many different plumbing services around me, with no luck, Waterwork Plumbing promptly responded to my call immediately and was very understanding of my situation and urgency, and sent out the crew the same day. The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. They explained the process the entire time, and kept me up to date. Their prices are great, and quality of work is even more amazing.

Our boiler stopped working and Cregger came out the same day to help. This is a very honest company. I could have been up sold at various points in this transaction, but Cregger was honest and straightforward. Used them in the past for some home repairs and will use them again.

Company said they will be out between 8 a.m. to 12pm. I was hoping they would show up early and they did!! The electrician, Mike Flores, showed up and was able to determine problem quickly. It was an easy fix for him as he was able to repair the light switches. He was professional and courtesy. He explained other services, warranties and was pleasant guy. I will call them again to inquire about their plumbing services that he also mentioned they do. All around company for all around the house fixes. Thanks Mike Flores!!

Terrible with warranty repairs. I've been waiting 2 weeks for a major leak in one of my pipes. No shower, no bathroom at all in the upstairs. I'm not sure how fast they are for regular repairs.

Horrible! I called and was told someone would be out between an hr and a hr and a half, almost 3 hrs later I haven’t heard from anyone!
