Best Commercial Repair in Detroit MI

We had a hole in the water hose that connects to the fridge. It was nasty leak. We called Nelson Brothers at 8 am first thing and they had a guy here by 10:30. He was super professional and worked out a great solution to fix the problem. It was done quickly and with expert care. Fantastic job and experience all around! There’s a reason why Nelson Brothers is our go to shop for all things plumbing!

I had called a company in hazel park and they told me they didn't come to the Detroit... ain't the something.

We highly recommend this crew to anyone. I came to them while they were working on a neighbors issue. They were friendly and professional. They came in and prepped the house by covering doorways and fixtures, explained exactly what they were doing at each phase of the pipe replacement, and were quick for the big job we had for them. Once they were done, they cleaned up the mess and made sure we were happy with the results. If you want quality work at a fair price, you found the right company!

The manager Paul is very unprofessional. His customer service skills are lacking horribly. The way he spoke to the workers is inexplicable.

Owner was rude and does not understand gas pipe sizing

I called TNT today, spoke with I'm assuming the owner that said he would have someone out to me before 7p.m. Within a hour Derek arrived at my home to access the situation. He was very polite and courteous. It took him may be a hour or less to clear the drain. I had some concerns after he left, spoke with someone in regards to it, and they immediately got in contact with Derrick, so he could make sure everything was okay. He checked back with my son and explained the situation with my concern. Nothing he did wrong just my ignorance to plumbing. So I was very pleased with their service.

Ron was great! fix the problem after two plumber I called before him wanted to tear into my walls. Ron worked to remove the clogged sewer line and charged a reasonable price and amazed me by how clean he left my restroom odor free. I will recommend this guy to anyone. I left his card on our Water Dept board over the time clock with A-1 plumber underneath.. Great!! Job Ron.

I woke up one morning to see a leak in my living room ceiling. After trying many different plumbing services around me, with no luck, Waterwork Plumbing promptly responded to my call immediately and was very understanding of my situation and urgency, and sent out the crew the same day. The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. They explained the process the entire time, and kept me up to date. Their prices are great, and quality of work is even more amazing.
