I woke up one morning to see a leak in my living room ceiling. After trying many different plumbing services around me, with no luck, Waterwork Plumbing promptly responded to my call immediately and was very understanding of my situation and urgency, and sent out the crew the same day. The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. People. This company is extremely unprofessional. In the past, I called this company to schedule someone out and they never came. In 2015 and 2018, same person over the phone and same result. I find this company unethically and disrespectful. I dont doubt their work, however their customer service and follow through is that of the poor quality.
