We had a hole in the water hose that connects to the fridge. It was nasty leak. We called Nelson Brothers at 8 am first thing and they had a guy here by 10:30. He was super professional and worked out a great solution to fix the problem. It was done quickly and with expert care. Fantastic job and experience all around! They were very professional and upfront with possible next steps and pricing. They were unable to clear my blockage with a snake so they came out again with a water jet. Looks like I had roots which they were able to blast out. Very happy with my experience and excited to have working drains again! I will call them again should any need arrise.
