Called a few places... they did not return my call,, so heard of plumbing now.. called them in the morning.. had same day service.. they came to my home told them the problems there were three.. started repairs.. they also had items needed in there van.. toilet problem...put a new toilet in.. leaking faucet in kitchen ..replace that.. issues with tub drain they replace the drain and I had the fixtures also replace..I was totally surprised they had all I needed on them.. which is the best.. took only a few hours.. and I am so happy.
Definitely give this company a call for you plumbing .. and ask for Adam , Max and Dave this trio worked and cleaned.. and saved my day.

Great experience with Drain Station today. My kitchen sink has been backing up for a week and after several attempts to clear the clog myself I broke down and call Drain Station. They are located close to me in Ferndale which was great but the real selling point was they would come out at a set appointment that I chose the same day. The plumber Johnny was excellent to deal with; very punctual and friendly. On top of Drain Station and Johnny's excellent service was their 60 day warranty on the work.

Definitely would recommend them to anyone. Especially if you want a firm appointment.

We highly recommend this crew to anyone. I came to them while they were working on a neighbors issue. They were friendly and professional. They came in and prepped the house by covering doorways and fixtures, explained exactly what they were doing at each phase of the pipe replacement, and were quick for the big job we had for them. Once they were done, they cleaned up the mess and made sure we were happy with the results. If you want quality work at a fair price, you found the right company!

My furnace was in need of repair on Christmas Eve. A fellow client gave me the phone number for Budget Heating and Cooling and the Kenny came out on Christmas Eve! New Center did the plumbing for me in a carriage house on the west side. Apparently they usually only do commercial jobs, but the contractor handling my build out knew a guy who knew the owner. I think my job helped the owner fill some open time in the schedule between some larger commercial jobs. They were professional and did the work well and showed up when they said they would, even during COVID times when it is near impossible to get professionals to your house. The only reason this review isn't 5 stars is that after finishing all the work they didn't clean up well (dirt in the shower, handprints on the walls). Not a huge deal on otherwise good service.

If I could give zero stars I would. Only positive thing about my experience is that they came on time. My sewer line was clogged and backing up I explained where I believed the clogging was and they proceeded to go through the floor drain. After unsuccessful attempt I explained that it would properly be better to go through the clear out drain where the main stack is. They ignored my plea and decided to clear out all the way to the city sewer. After another unsuccessful attempt I pleaded with the again to snake from the main . And they finally did. Within a couple minutes my clog was cleared. They charged me 425 dollars for a job that should have been 150-200 max. I asked them about pricing before they even started and kept getting the run around. After the job was done they said 425 dollars and I almost had a heart attack. These guys are scam artists in my opinion.
