I had the a great experience with done Pluming. Tony was give me all the information I needed to make the base decision on my issue.I had roto rooter come in a week before and work on one on my lines. Their blade broke in my main line we have a 3 inch pipe and they used a 3 inch blade they said they need to do a excavation in the basement to remove their own blade, they said it was not their fault and I had to pay out of own. My insurance did not cover do to their equipment.Their only to option was to used another snake and push it out or to excavate in the basement to remove their own blade and if one did not work I will be responsible to pay for the 2 if option did not work. Over 5 k to fix their own problem I talk to a manager and area manager and they told me it was my issues.Tony one of the tech from Done plumbing did a free video of the issue they locate the blade where is was and he give me the option to used a jetting option to remove the blade if not we will need to excavate.Their first option work it save me a lot and they did the job with out any damage to my basement.I will recommend Done plumbing and I would think 5 times before you call roto rooter got any issues.Thank you Tony

My wife and I were impressed with the nice showroom and display of plumbing fixtures. We placed an order with Tony in December of 2017. He never placed the special order items on our new construction project. He never followed up with distributors. I had to resort to working directly with manufacture's to receive our products. Horrible follow up service, and no return phone calls made for a bad experience. Buyer Beware!

Did a great job installing our water heater .Would use again

On February 15, 2021, the state of Colorado (and half the country) was still trying to manage or recover from artic freezes and sudden thaw. NO ONE we called in or around Denver could accommodate us with SAME DAY service for a burst pipe...until Elite Rooter came to our rescue well after four o'clock in the afternoon. Eddie was professional, friendly, prompt and honest. He provided us with a thorough diagnosis and fair estimate before getting RIGHT TO WORK. He explained EVERYTHING and finished right on time, SAVING US from a FULL NIGHT WITHOUT WATER!! My dishwasher continued to backfill despite my having turned off the water valve. I needed a plumber, and contacted this company when I saw and read all of the 5-star reviews. Nicholas, the owner of this company, possesses superb customer service skills! He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! I am so pleased with Nicholas's excellent work and customer service skills that he is now my go-to plumber!

Ben was great. On time, explained everything in a way I understood, cleaned up well after the job, and most importantly, fixed the issues pretty quickly.

We will continue to hire Prime Plumbing & Heating Inc and suggest everyone give them a chance. We hired them to repair the water heater and got advised to replace it to avoid frequent repairs. We took their advice and haven't had any issues with our water heater since the replacement.

Jason was a lifesaver. My bathtub drain pipe was broken and leaking like crazy. The drain pipe and associated plumbing required replacement and it was a very difficult location on a basement bathtub. The bathtub is very old and presented numerous challenges. The access was also super tight. Jason worked diligently to address all of the various issues that came up and got the bathtub drainage and plumbing all buttoned back up. He also changed out the water heater. Both projects look great and are operating perfectly. What a huge relief to have found a knowledgeable and dependable plumber. Thanks!

I had two other companies and they both wanted thousands to replace different lengths of lines. Kyle and his crew were here and ran a scope and said the problems the others told me about were non-existent! Easy fix and a yearly clean out are all I need! You won't find anyone more honest about what you need.

I'm not sure if my experience with Adams Plumbing is over yet, but it is a great experience. A 3/4 gate valve started leaking at the stem when I got home from a vacation and turned the water back on. I believed it needed to be replaced. After calling Wes he informed me he'd love to do the work but that it was a very busy day. It's hard being one of the best in town and demand exceeding hours of the day.

Wes gave me call after we exchanged pictures of the valve, instructed me on how to take the pressure nut off and brush off the corrosion that had formed, and then reseat the nut. As of this point he has made it where I can turn my water on with no leak whatsoever, for $0.

I'm very impressed by his customer service and knowledge. I may still want my valve replaced, and he would definitely be the one I'd want doing the work, but for now we don't have to be as worried about getting it done same day. Thank you Wes.

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.

My water heater stopped working and Oscar came and got us fixed up in no time flat! He was super nice and professional! The work he did was amazing!!!!!
