Yesterday we discovered our main water pipe coming into the house was leaking water badly from inside the foundation wall into our basement crawl space. I called Nicholas and he returned my call within minutes and came over about an hour later on a Saturday night. This morning he brought a crew with a backhoe and excavated a hole about 7' deep, removed the leaking pipe, replaced it, backfilled the hole and finished by 1 pm. So we were only without water for about 17 hours. I highly recommend Gold Leaf, especially if you have an emergency plumbing problem.

The entire crew at Drain Terrier is great - Terry, Tracy and Benjamin in particular! We have had them at our house 4 times in the last year and they are always on time, professional and can quickly identify the problem at hand. Anyone that comes to your house and asks for a check before they even look at your issue doesn't have a clue what they are doing. He also asked me to write one check to him personally and the rest under the business name......After getting their equipment stuck in our pipe and whining about needing to get to other jobs and going home to have a polish beer our home was left with holes in the drywall and no solution.....expect a coupon to call another plumbing company. The next morning Bell Plumbing came out looked at everything, gave us a quote for a quarter of the cost we already paid to Adams plumbing and had gotten their equipment out and solved our original issue with no problem.

I had my water heater go out on Christmas Eve, just when it seemed as if no other plumbers were able to get to me soon enough! After nearly exhausting my efforts, Sean with Park Hill Plumbers called me back and talked me through how to turn off the main water so the water would stop shooting out until he got here. He didn't have to but he took the time to help me clean up all the water. He came back Christmas Day and swapped out my water heater. He was very kind and professional. Surprisingly reasonable for it being an emergency on a Holiday. I had to recommend Park Hill Plumbers to my neighbors, its rare people go above and beyond these days!

Josh came and assessed what was needed and we set up an appointment for a future date when we had the parts and toilet needed. Very professional and personable. Ryan A. was available a little sooner so he came to do the job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced our toilet and also taught me a few things about plumbing maintenance for a home whichbI very much appreciated. We will be asking them to come back to do another bathroom as well as some things that need fixing. Great communication with the office staff as well. Highly recommend them.

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
