Can't say enough good things. Eric came out in 7 degree weather to fix a pipe under my building. I even suggested he wait a day for the weather to get a little warmer but he came out and got the job done quickly and professionally. I will definitely call them next time.

I had the extreme pleasure of having 2 Roto-Rooter employees help our home today. Mike di the Drain and Daniel did the camera. Great service and solved our problems and made suggestions to keep our septic and sewer drains to last longer. Very reasonable price for their services and just the fact that it wasn't a problem for them to come out to our home which in way out of town on acreage with no problem and no service fee, AMAZING. I trust this company completely and will always use them for our needs. Their service and manners are outstanding. Thank you Roto-Rooter! I have a plan to call you in the spring for maintenance service on our septic system.

Sergio from Roto-Rooter showed up late on a Friday evening to help diagnose a leak, and was the best service professional we've had in years. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and generally an amazing human being. He found our league quickly, helped remove the damaged drywall, and provided us recommendations on exactly how to get it repaired correctly. He stopped the leak, and was able to quickly identify its source location. I was extremely impressed with Sergio, and hope that whoever his supervisor is promotes him and gives him a raise immediately! This guy is awesome!!

Excellent experience. Jeff is very easy to talk with and work with, which can be surprisingly rare in this industry. Exceptionally nice gentleman. Came in and did the work while we were out of town and did a great job. Charged about 1/3 of what other plumbers quoted. We will 100% for sure work with him in the future.

I called a few different plumbers but none of them could come because of it was too late or no one is available. When I call Mr. Bruce, he was very nice and said he is coming soon. He did come and fixed the drain. He is very knowledgeable about what he is doing and very professional. I recommend everyone who reads my comments here, if you need help with your plumbing, Call After Hours Mr. Bruce will take care of you.

After using several other plumbers, I am happy to have found TYCO. They are professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and care about their customers. Rich always explains things well, is polite, and has proven his work is trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

This company came to service a water heater through my warranty company. They charged me $40 more than the contracted service call fee, the guy entered my home with a lit cigarette. And he was clearly going through my basement asking about items I had and if I wanted to sell them When I messaged a day later with some issues, i never received a response. My warranty company has stated they never submitted for approval.
And now 2 years later I had to replace the hot water heater because this guy installed the other wrong and did not install all the parts. Parts melted. Do not hire this guy.
