Eric is a magician! Our mountain cabin boiler failed in November and he came straight up on a Saturday. Probably a dozen pipe breaks. He fixed the boiler and triaged the most important plumbing damage and got us back up and running same day. Came back recently and finished the job - updating 50 year old pipe to modern tech and restoring operation to a bathroom that we had to amputate from the house for 6 months. Total professional and artist in our 50 year old log cabin, none of the plumbing was designed to standards and he made it all work.

Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.

Called at 4-430pm on a Friday with a leaky water valve. I sent pics of my issue and was given exact instructions on the simple fix without having to send someone over. He did not make any money from me today but was most interested in fixing my issue ASAP. He will be the first plumber I call going forward for future plumbing needs. Very grateful for the free help today and I hope to be able to repay the favor soon.

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
