Mike and Ben did a fabulous job with great good humor. They left our home as clean as they found it. They fully explained the workings of the furnace, air conditioner, and thermostat as well as the safety features such as carbon monoxide detectors.We discussed the warranties and all the paperwork.Not to be left out: Eric did a great job with all the electrical stuff. he was kind enough to label everything in the breaker box as well.Altogether a great team.

Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! My old inefficient furnace finally blew a motor and Chris came out the next morning. Golden West met all my expectations with how the whole thing went down. I was presented with several options but didn't want to dump a lot of money into an old furnace that struggle to heat my 800 sq ft home so I went with a moderately priced unit and was very happy with how fast it happened. Same Day. They were done by about 5pm with the install. They even replaced an arm off the main trunk over to my son's room because it had been repaired DIY-style by so many previous home owners.They sealed everything up and helped to get my Nest thermostat installed correctly and set up. Gave me tips on how to keep the machine running the best through winter, like cycling the warm air upstairs with the blower on. They also brought my exhaust up to code and scheduled the inspection around my schedule. I am a very happy customer and will use them moving forward for my properties.My dog was even thrilled with Chris.
