Quoted 450 to do a thermo couple replacement- then wanted to replace the whole gas unit for 1k as the suggested repair.Called a local company and he laughed when I told them the quote. This was after rescheduling due to tech delays for 2 days. Complete waste of time and service charge. Would not recommend to anyone.

Very quick and professional response and scheduling. My wife called Roto Rooter on 5/15/23 and Isaiah was there to help us in 30 minutes. He was very professional, helpful, and got us cleared out. On 6/6/23 our line was clogged again I called Roto Rooter at 4:30 PM. They did not have any one available immediately, but they had Uriel to us in 2.5 hours. Also very professional. The second trip was under the 6 month warranty and performed with no charge, with very little disruption to us.

This company is outstanding! We have used them twice now and they will be our first choice going forward. Every single person they have sent has been exceptionally thorough. Dominique came out to inspect a drain issue where we had sewage backing up and overflowing from a broken pipe. He was very methodical in his inspection and provided some helpful tips. Faran was a supervisor we also worked with and again awesome job. He provided a ton of advice in options and helped guide us through an extremely tough experience. Jeromey was another great tech I’d like to call out. He helped close out a huge job and went out of his way to make us happy. Excellent job everyone!Also, I can’t believe this company pulled off a complete removal of all cast iron sewer pipe from a property and replacement of new pipe in a single day. They completed the locates, digging/removal of pipe, placement of new pipe, inspection, and repair of concrete in one day. There were so many people working this job that I didn’t get all the names but every person that showed up was hard working and thorough.

Marcus and Keith were great. They were on time, professional, and efficient in getting the job done quickly and right. Have now used Befort for two different jobs (installing a new toilet and repairing a broken pipe) and have been extremely happy with every part of the service--from scheduling to the work done in house. Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

I had a very bad clog on my kitchen sink. I don’t have much knowledge with plumbing stuff, and was at least smart enough to know that I needed help. I called and spoke with Sharone and he gave me a good time for his services. He showed up when he told me. He was professional courteous and got the job done. He also observed that I needed other smaller items fixed that would potentially cause me trouble later.
