What an amazing experience we had with Golden West! We had a gas leak at our home. I called Golden West at 12:30 pm on a Saturday, Anthony was on site within 2.5 hours. We had some extensive issues and Anthony was able to very quickly trouble shoot and recommend an approach to solving the issue. He stayed with us til 11pm that night to make sure things were being taken care of correctly. While the resolution took a couple days due to permits etc.. his professionalism and proactive communication was unbelievable. He explained the issues and solutions in a very clear manner that was easy to understand for a lay person. Furthermore the entire Golden West team that supported him treated us and our home like a priority. This is by far the best experience I have ever had with a contractor and I know for sure they did everything they could to make sure that we had the most cost effective solution without sacrificing quality and safety.
