Best Water Line Leaks in Denver CO

Feeling like I had my pockets picked for less than 25 minutes work. I did all the drywall cutout for incredibly easy access to repair. Seriously, less than 3 ft of pex and 3 Shark bites, and $470+ later, I won't be recommending Done to anyone, nor will I be be calling. Too bad, Dallas is good guy, but no thanks.

Thomas was professional and knew instantly what the problem was. He gave us the temporary fix we needed to stop the pipe from leaking and let us know what steps to take next. I’m extremely impressed with the urgency he had for our plumbing emergency. I’m so grateful for his outstanding service. We will reach out to him anytime we have plumbing needs.

Kyle was very professional and did some excellent work for me when I had a leaky pipe. Very prompt and thorough throughout the whole process. Prices are fair. I will be using this company for all my plumbing issues from here on out!

Kenny was great, knowledgable, explained things well, and finished the job very quickly!
They come to the home to quote without charge if you decide to go elsewhere. Their estimate was right around what I was expecting to pay, even a little cheaper than other quotes i received.
They even were able to give me a quote and options for a future project I am wanting to do.

There was a little bit of miscommunication on appointment timing at first, but rescheduled for first in the morning and had no problems :)

We had our kitchen line descaled today and king rooter was incredibly helpful. We were educated along with the process and the guys were very friendly. We worked with David, Jeff and Robert. All were knowledgeable, worked quickly and efficiently and very respectful.

Be careful when using Tony Capra Plumbing and heating... if they show up at your door and do no work, they will charge you $205!

On their web site they have a section that is titled Fair Pricing at Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating they go on to say We are a trustworthy business and only charge for products and services provided. That is why we have chosen to stand by our traditional method while other companies have changed to upfront pricing.

Clearly $205 to show up is an up from charge... One that they do NOT explain to you when you schedule an appointment.

I called to discuss my invoice and they basically said we don't care what you think...we don't care that this charge was not explained to you...our prices are the best in the Denver area (so not true)

Feels like they pulled a fast one on me, and I would highly recommend you get an estimate on the phone before they arrive or it will cost you $205 before they do any work.

When I called to discuss this I spoke with Carlo, he had no desire to discuss this with me and said that's they way we do it... I am sorry no one explained that to you up front.

I told Carlo I would pay their bill, but never use them again. He did not care at all, made it seem like I did something wrong. Great job Carlo, I appreciate your complete lack of care and your willingness to lose a customer.

Unless you want to be overcharged...
Stay away from Tony Capra Plumbing and heating.

A little late on the review…but Charles did amazing work extending our gas line and fixing some plumbing issues a month or so ago. Professional, easy going, efficient and excellent quality/skill… pricing was significantly better than every other company I contacted without sacrificing quality. I will absolutely call again next time something comes up!

A friend recommended this company to me and I couldn't be happier with my service. Timely and knowledgeable they fixed my plumbing issues without a problem.

I had a leaky faucet and needed to be replaced. Patrick was very responsive and gave me several options to choose. I took his recommendation on which brand of kitchen faucet to buy, and I have been very happy with the decision.

I used After Hours for a clog in my bathroom sink. Fast, good communication, fair prices. Would definitely use them again

Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that open ended).

At the end of the day, if you want quality work at fair prices, with transparent and super respectful folks, trust Proactive!!

Also, April of Proactive was an absolute pleasure to work with!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
