CPS Plumbing was amazing. They came out in record time to replace our water heater. The price was unbeatable and the craftsmanship was remarkable. I literally can’t believe how honest and professional the whole experience was. Checked our whole plumbing and didn’t try to upsell. On a Sunday morning, we called Done Plumbing & Heating after a major leak was discovered that required immediate attention. The telephone support was excellent, and we received an email telling us about the technician and the estimated time of arrival. Josh arrived sooner than expected, and he did a great job informing us of the problem and how he would need to do the repair. Josh was very personable and professional. No problems since then! It is nice to know we can rely on Done Plumbing & Heating when the need arises.

My dishwasher continued to backfill despite my having turned off the water valve. I needed a plumber, and contacted this company when I saw and read all of the 5-star reviews. Nicholas, the owner of this company, possesses superb customer service skills! He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! I am so pleased with Nicholas's excellent work and customer service skills that he is now my go-to plumber!

I had two other companies and they both wanted thousands to replace different lengths of lines. Kyle and his crew were here and ran a scope and said the problems the others told me about were non-existent! Easy fix and a yearly clean out are all I need! You won't find anyone more honest about what you need.

I had my water heater go out on Christmas Eve, just when it seemed as if no other plumbers were able to get to me soon enough! After nearly exhausting my efforts, Sean with Park Hill Plumbers called me back and talked me through how to turn off the main water so the water would stop shooting out until he got here. He didn't have to but he took the time to help me clean up all the water. He came back Christmas Day and swapped out my water heater. He was very kind and professional. Surprisingly reasonable for it being an emergency on a Holiday. I had to recommend Park Hill Plumbers to my neighbors, its rare people go above and beyond these days!

We had a leak late in an evening. We were able to stop the leak but needed service the next day for replacement of the line and to diagnose a related problem with the water heater. Wes fixed leaking stems in my downstairs shower. He was very up front and extremely informative throughout the process. Communication and scheduling was the most of our worries as a great plumber carries a busy schedule! 5/5 stars. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

You can't see anything to purchase it, what's the point, we went there 3 times they said they were open and two times they had a note on the door saying they were ding something else that day

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

My sewage line clogged and left a terrible mess. Scheduled with Elite that day. Tech was stuck in traffic so a manager came to prevent any delays and solved the problem quickly...thank you Elite! We will be using them again for any future issues.

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
