Came home to a leaking hot water heater. Found Mile High Plumbing Repair online and just felt good about calling them. Within twenty minutes Shawn stopped by to turn off water and to give an estimate for repairs. Next morning Shawn and Malcom were here early and ready to replace my unit with a very high quality Bradford White heater . Installation went smooth . Hot water again and feel good about the service. I would definitely recommend or use them again for future plumbing jobs.

Roscoe came to our home today as we had water leaking under our washer. He performed several tests and was very detailed in his inspection and diagnosis, including running several different functions of the machine. He did an outstanding job. I contracted with Denver Plumbing Solutions to install all an new plumbing system in my home renovation, which he described as about 1.5-2 weeks of work in rough plumbing and a couple for days for final plumbing work . Garrett was very helpful in providing the quote, and was very responsive with communication and showing up for work up until the first progress payment was made. At this point, we had not found a reason not to trust him, and paid for work completed as well as some in advance for a few activities that were to be completed in the next week or two, given that the inspection was supposed to occur the next day. Since making that payment in early August, it has been hell to get Garrett to respond to any form of communication, let alone show up to complete the work. After the week of the progress payment, we did not hear back from Garrett at all until mid-November. He showed up to do a quick swap in a single stick of PVC in place of an existing line that had leaked, and once again again promised the work would be completed in the next week or so. The next day I received a text from him saying that he could not schedule an inspection because the city had denied his request. Despite many calls, texts and emails since that day, we have not gotten a single response from him. At this point, our house has basically been sitting waiting to pass a rough plumbing inspection for close to 5 months.

My biggest issue is the non-responsiveness and lack of follow through, but I think it's worth noting that a number of items were broken when they did perform work (our gate to our backyard, a window, and a few stairs) and Garrett either promised to fix it (the gate) or told us that we couldn't prove it was him (window). At that point we just wanted the work done and didn't make a huge issue of it.

I can understand that these are unprecedented times, but this level of unprofessionalism and difficulty in communication seems pretty ridiculous, to the point that I honestly feel that I got scammed. Not normally a review person, but wanted to make sure no one else fell for the front that I did.

Yesterday we discovered our main water pipe coming into the house was leaking water badly from inside the foundation wall into our basement crawl space. I called Nicholas and he returned my call within minutes and came over about an hour later on a Saturday night. This morning he brought a crew with a backhoe and excavated a hole about 7' deep, removed the leaking pipe, replaced it, backfilled the hole and finished by 1 pm. So we were only without water for about 17 hours. I highly recommend Gold Leaf, especially if you have an emergency plumbing problem.

Drain Terrier has been my plumber since before adopting the name Drain Terrier. Tracy and Gary have done a number of different repairs at my house and are always very responsive, personable, and professional. They are prompt, provide quality service, use quality materials, answer my questions, and teach me. During COVID, I had a leaky pipe. By phone, Tracy quickly walked me through turning off my hot water heater and draining the pipe. He and Gary wore masks, swept up using their own broom, sanitized their hands before entering and upon exiting, and completed the job quickly. Savannah is also prompt and kind in setting up appointments, taking payment, and providing a receipt. This is a company that I trust. I highly recommend Drain Terrier!

Jason was a lifesaver. My bathtub drain pipe was broken and leaking like crazy. The drain pipe and associated plumbing required replacement and it was a very difficult location on a basement bathtub. The bathtub is very old and presented numerous challenges. The access was also super tight. Jason worked diligently to address all of the various issues that came up and got the bathtub drainage and plumbing all buttoned back up. He also changed out the water heater. Both projects look great and are operating perfectly. What a huge relief to have found a knowledgeable and dependable plumber. Thanks!

I had my water heater go out on Christmas Eve, just when it seemed as if no other plumbers were able to get to me soon enough! After nearly exhausting my efforts, Sean with Park Hill Plumbers called me back and talked me through how to turn off the main water so the water would stop shooting out until he got here. He didn't have to but he took the time to help me clean up all the water. He came back Christmas Day and swapped out my water heater. He was very kind and professional. Surprisingly reasonable for it being an emergency on a Holiday. I had to recommend Park Hill Plumbers to my neighbors, its rare people go above and beyond these days!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Scam Alert. I contracted service from Elite Rooter to unclog a toilet that turned out the be a major replacement of a sewer line. A quote for $9600 was provided to fix the sewer clog. During the exploratory excavation Elite Rooter determine an additional $21000 was required to complete the job which consist of digging an additional 25 feet? I informed Elite Rooter to terminate the job when the Elite Rooter supervisor stated he could go 10 feet for an additional $9600 and it should (not guarantee) fix the problem. I preceded to contact three other vendors all gave a guarantee completion quote ($7600-$9800) to go the additional 25 ft if needed. Also, all stated that the quote they provided would have been given to complete the initial job. When I contacted the corporate headquarters to complain, they stated corporate policy was followed and implied to “go pound sand”. So, if you need sewer work done and have no problem with paying three times the initial quote bestowed then this is a company for you.

I enjoyed looking through all the treasures. The owner was super helpful in trying to help me find what I was looking for. I will definitely be back.
