Feeling like I had my pockets picked for less than 25 minutes work. I did all the drywall cutout for incredibly easy access to repair. Seriously, less than 3 ft of pex and 3 Shark bites, and $470+ later, I won't be recommending Done to anyone, nor will I be be calling. Too bad, Dallas is good guy, but no thanks.

We Had our sewer line replaced by them, about 40 feet . They Did a professional job and completed everything in a day. Reasonable pricing compared to some of the quotes we got. Recemended to a neighbor and they were also very pleased with thier work .

My dishwasher continued to backfill despite my having turned off the water valve. I needed a plumber, and contacted this company when I saw and read all of the 5-star reviews. Nicholas, the owner of this company, possesses superb customer service skills! He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! I am so pleased with Nicholas's excellent work and customer service skills that he is now my go-to plumber!

Gary is very knowledgeable and get the job done efficiently and arrived timely even on the bad weather day. The charge is reasonable. Overall, I gave Gray 5 stars.

Omega drains is a great company that I would highly recommend. They are priced nicely and do thorough work. You don’t want to leave water to chance as a home owner because it can be costly and potentially ruin your house and/or belongings. Omega looks at your plumbing very thoroughly to ensure you do not have any underlying issues and they resolve the problems that you called for originally. I highly recommend Omega!!

I had a great experience with True Plumbing and was happy to find their business. They fixed my leaking pipe plumbing issue and installed a custom feature on my sprinkler pipes. They were responsive to my request for a consultation and estimate and came out quickly to assess my issues. They got me on the repair schedule right away and everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I was charged a reasonable amount for an excellent home repair. I had my water heater go out on Christmas Eve, just when it seemed as if no other plumbers were able to get to me soon enough! After nearly exhausting my efforts, Sean with Park Hill Plumbers called me back and talked me through how to turn off the main water so the water would stop shooting out until he got here. He didn't have to but he took the time to help me clean up all the water. He came back Christmas Day and swapped out my water heater. He was very kind and professional. Surprisingly reasonable for it being an emergency on a Holiday. I had to recommend Park Hill Plumbers to my neighbors, its rare people go above and beyond these days!

I called TCF this morning at 10 am, and by 12:30 Eric (the technician) was finished solving a kitchen drain issue. He was incredibly friendly, and he was patient with our nosy dog. He explained everything and completely solved the problem. I'll absolutely be using them again and requesting Eric.

Wes was incredibly helpful before I even contracted him for the job. We needed a leaking valve replaced and he helped me with a temporary fix in case we didn't want to do the job right away. His price was extremely reasonable for the replaced valve and the service was outstanding. Every other plumber I called wouldn't even talk to me without a 50.00 trip charge.

Just a wonderful antique store. The owner is very knowledgable and kind. A must visit if looking for that one of a kind.

I was so happy to be connected to this company!! I was previously told by another plumbing company that I needed to replace my entire sewer line. I thought something was fishy so I had Better Plumbing come to inspect the lines. The $135 fee was more than worth it. The technician did a camera view of the line and there were NO cracks and breaks that the other company (Plumbline) said were there. Plumbline quoted me over $12,000!! So, to say the $135 was worth it is quite the understatement. All the technicians from Better Plumbing were more than nice and informational. They gave me 2 camera pictures of my lines immediately. Something the original company never did. Don't be taken advantage of!! Get this second opinion. There are companies out there that will do anything to get your money. I had my lines Hydro Flushed through Better Plumbing and my lines are next to new. This all cost me $635!! They also wrote a statement that there is nothing wrong with my lines. Plumbline tried to scare me to get this done immediately or my sewer would overflow..... Unbelievable! Watch out for wolves.....

Gres plumbing did I very good job cleaning the main drains of my house. On time and super reliable. I highly recommend this company !!!

I contacted Elite Rooter to perform service on my sewer pump. I put a deposit down and ended up finding out my part was under warranty through a different firm. Asked for a refund of $1700 deposit and still have not received my refund.

Also they came in tore my toilet off, broke tiles and ended up not properly assessing the correct issue until they destroyed my bathroom. I would look elsewhere for service.

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
