7 am toilet issue! Arrived promptly. Fixed the toilet in a snap! Gave me a good quote on my kithchen sink replacement. Gave a host of good tips for the house as the house was vacant for years before i moved in. Had an issue with my tankless hot water after a recent cold snap. I called and they weren't able to come out until the next afternoon, but had me send over some pictures to take a look. Suggested I try using a hair dryer on the condensate line to melt any frost which did the trick! I really appreciate that they focused on what was best for the customer instead of just getting paid for a service call. Honest and helpful company and I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.

I had Cliff at my apartment complex and he replaced a faulty water heater that was leaking in the basement apartment I just wanted to let everybody know that I was really happy with the work that he did and he explained to me the details of how to take care of the water heater and how to flush it out every so often and he did very professional work I am very y with Cliff. I will call him again to have him replace the other apartment water heaters when it's time. We were really pleased with the Roto-Rooter service provided by Andy (2294). We called the main service number at about 7:30 or so and Andy was at our house within about 45 minutes. The clog was cleared and every part of the problem was explained clearly. The cost of the service was also explained upfront. Everything was done in about an hour.I would recommend Roto-Rooter, especially in an emergency. Andy and the company deserve praise for everything that was done.Thank you..

Daniel did a superb evaluation of our four toilets that had become very hard to flush and return to normal. He did a complete evaluation of two options, repair or replace, and the cost of each option. We selected the replace option. Daniel very quickly got the four new toilets and installed them quickly, neatly and cleaned the area so that everything looked magnificent. We were delighted.

I called Friendly Plumbing on a Friday they came the same day to give an estimate on installing a gas line for our new stove. Charles came out went over all the work to be done and said he could get started Monday. He was professional, on time (actually early!) and very helpful.
