Super friendly, knowledgeable and left no mess, even with all the upsairs/downstairs and inside/outside trips. Very pleased with the price...I have used Done before and will continue to do so. During a freeze in Colorado it was near impossible to get a plumber to fix a busted pipe. He noticed I called and he called me back pretty quickly. He was able to get to us in just a few hours later. Jason was a lifesaver. My bathtub drain pipe was broken and leaking like crazy. The drain pipe and associated plumbing required replacement and it was a very difficult location on a basement bathtub. The bathtub is very old and presented numerous challenges. The access was also super tight. Jason worked diligently to address all of the various issues that came up and got the bathtub drainage and plumbing all buttoned back up. He also changed out the water heater. Both projects look great and are operating perfectly. What a huge relief to have found a knowledgeable and dependable plumber. Thanks!

I’m a designer who hired this company to disconnect a sink and faucet for new countertops and then to reconnect the new sink and faucet. Our regular plumber was unavailable so we reached out to True. I was told that they would charge $74 for the visit and $45 for diagnostic that would be applied to the final charge if we used them. Our clients are and elderly couple. The plumber came and was so incredibly rude to them and to me. He quoted them $1375.00 to do a very rudimentary plumbing task. The sink was disconnected and we were scheduled for him to return 24hours later, after the counters were installed and the sink was dry. He told our client that he wasn’t coming back until Thursday. I called him and he was again, the rudest person Ive ever talked to. I convinced him to come back Tuesday so they wouldn’t be without water for 3 days. He came on Tuesday and said the brand new faucet wasn’t working and that he will charge them to come back ($180). WORST PLUMBER EVER!!! Do not use this company

Thomas the owner of TCF Emergency Plumbing and Heating was very prompt. He responded to our request for AC repair immediately and saved us from a miserably hot day. He provided an incredible service, made sure we were completely satisfied, and was reasonably priced. He was very respectful of our house and very clean. He also made good suggestions on other things but was not pushy about them. We will for sure call Thomas again if we need more maintenance or work.

I don’t write reviews, mostly because they seem to take up a lot of time, but I have to give praise when it’s deserved. I had our kitchen sink garbage disposal clog up. Which means I couldn’t wash dishes or do laundry bc that waterline is connected. This happened today, Wednesday! Yes the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I called Elite Rooter Denver and got an appointment with Austin the same day. They gave me a time window of 4-6pm. Austin showed up at 2:20pm and called when he was 10 minutes out. Check and check! Came in and was done with the project in 35 minutes. Ohh and not only was it fast and easy, but the price was unbelievable! Austin has won over my business and I will continue to contact him directly for any future problems. Very, very impressed. He did such a good job I figured I would do something I never do and write a 5 STAR review for a job well done!
