Not only did he throughly explained the current issue and potential issues, he also finished installing the faucet for us free of charge. The price was reasonable to get the two valves replaced. Jason was a lifesaver. My bathtub drain pipe was broken and leaking like crazy. The drain pipe and associated plumbing required replacement and it was a very difficult location on a basement bathtub. The bathtub is very old and presented numerous challenges. The access was also super tight. Jason worked diligently to address all of the various issues that came up and got the bathtub drainage and plumbing all buttoned back up. He also changed out the water heater. When selling my house I was required to do a pretty extensive sewer repair that was under a fairly major street. I called just about every company in Denver to get an estimate, and the estimates varied by about $20,000. Some companies said that it was too much work to do with getting permits from the city. E&J came out and did an estimate, got the permits, and gave me a quick estimate that was lower than anyone else. When I elected to move forward with them they performed the job quickly with no issues and stuck to the estimate. Would definitely use them again if needed.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !
