Kevin Salmon responded to our sewer back up emergency. He came in a timely manner, within the 3 hour window they gave. I was called when he was 15 minutes out which was also very helpful. Kevin had the expertise to address our problem right away, and was able to clean out the main sewer line from the basement to the street. Kevin was very polite and friendly, yet professional. He also was very careful about not tracking anything into our house, and moving the heavy machine carefully through the house and down the stairs! He explained the service before he started and made sure that was what we wanted. Update May 2021- another excellent experience! We contacted AAARK to replace our lumpy old patio pavers with a smooth concrete surface. We are so happy with the transformation and the price. Julio, Junior and Antonio did a wonderful, professional job on the concrete work- even working around existing poles and plantings- and left the worksite spotless. At the last minute,, we decided to add some electrical outlets to the space and Jimmy made it happen. Bottom line- if you have a vision, call AAARK. They have the right people with the right experience.

Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!
