TYCO was our 3rd plumber and right away I could tell he was running an honest business. He responded right away, and was at my location the very next day. After losing my sanity with people taking advantage of our lack of knowledge and running prices off the charts just because they can, Tyler made me feel very comfortable with the price and even made sure I was ok with it before he went any further. He even took the time to educate and took before and after pictures. I definitely recommend TYCO for all your plumbing needs!

Absolute worst customer service ever!! I was never kept informed of the progress of my job. I had to keep calling to get updates. I was given dates and times of work to be done and NOTHING was done when I was told it would be done. The guy taking out my old tub showed up very late and then put the tub in my yard and told me his truck was full and that he would be back the next day to pick it up for disposal. It sat in my yard for 3 weeks until we finally had to dispose of it ourselves!! After many phone calls and promises that it would be done! Lost total trust in this company and Tony's word, decided to go with someone else to do install. Then when I ran into problems with install because of the jet tub I bought from Tony he refused to help us finish this mess!!! Hope I can save someone from our nightmare!!!

Scheduling service was simple and quick online. The technician solved my problem easily and even went above and beyond what was necessary and gave some suggestions for prevention of the issue in the future. All in all, I would use Roto-Rooter again in the future.

JD’s Plumbing was referred to me by a former employee. As a customer of several years they have provided me with several services. We replaced all my existing plumbing. Installed a new bathtub. Done yearly maintenance on my swamp cooler. Today, I called and Scott arrived within 90 minutes. I really appreciate that Patty always answers my calls. I’m glad the service has been great and constant even during COVID.
