I called when they opened and had a plumber at my door two hours later. I was very impressed with their professionalism. Cliff was very through, and explained what the issue was in detail and gave helpful tips to prevent future problems. You can't beat the pricing, and service is outstanding. These guys get an A+ in my book!

Josh is a fantastic technician! We went from tankless water heater to a 50gal tank as our tankless was at it's end point. Josh was extremely thorough and great communicator. Service was quality, honest, and felt old fashioned. I would definitely recommend this team and Josh!

Was not told and was surprised that their minimum rate is now $140 an hour PLUS $75 service call automatically added. Then they add any additional parts on top of that. Last time I used them it seemed reasonable. This was an unpleasant surprise. They did fix the problem without tearing a wall out, which I would not have authorized. Was told when I called to discuss it that they are much more reasonable than applewood - but anything is cheaper than them!

Roto-Rooter recently cleaned the sewer line at the home I am hoping to buy so that we could do a second sewer scope and assess any needed repairs. They were very helpful and talked me through the whole process very patiently. (Minus one star because it was a lot more expensive than I anticipated, but service was great).

Troy and Adam were really friendly and happy to help explain anything that we had questions on with our furnace and AC unit. I would definitely call JD's again!

I am very please with their service, on time and knew how to solve the issue I had with some old plumbing. Sean is a darling, very polite and helpful. The values on my bath tub were broken and would not shut off. Sean research the part for my bathtub faucet, found the right part, installed the new part and solved my problem. Hurricane Drain was referred to me and I would recommend them for any plumbing services. I am happy to find a plumbing company that is fair and honest with both pricing and service.
