My main line backed up on a Friday. The lady at the office was so sweet and courteous. She promised to get a tech out on the same day. Thanks so much for not making me wait until Monday.
Then Sam came out to snake the line. I can't say enough good things about the guy. He was prompt, professional, and honest. I live in an old house. The cleanout port was inaccessible due to age. But no worries. Rather than tell me at 5 pm on Friday, that he couldn't do the job. Sam came to me and said, hey I can pull the basement toilet and run the snake from there. What a champion! He stayed late on a Friday to make sure the job got done right.
I'll never use any other plumbing company. And neither should you.

So someone put a bunch of dog food down the drain (it was me) and created a massive clog in my kitchen sink drain. We called Roto Rooter and they sent someone out within a few hours on a weekend for no extra weekend price. I don't believe they charge any different which is fantastic! Brandon showed up and was immediately friendly and nice. He also wore a mask the whole time which we really appreciate. After explaining the issue to him he understood what was going on and let us know what it would take and the cost to unclog the drain. Long story short he spent literally 4 hours and 7-8 maybe more times unclogging the drain pipe a few times going the entire length of his machine (80 plus feet). We still couldn't get the drain open from this massive clog. He tried everything even calling another plumber and no luck. As a last ditch effort we ended up putting a solution in the pipes overnight to see if that would make a difference overnight. Brandon was doing everything he could even though we weren't successful including helping out coordinate the next step which would be hydro jetting. We were definitely at a point of giving up and planning on spending even more to unclog this drain. Turns out though the last ditch effort ended up working and the next morning the pipe opened and worked perfectly!! I can't express enough my appreciation for Brandon and his hard work and perseverance! The guy worked so hard and was clearly bummed that we didn't get it that night. He was a professional the entire time and it was great to feel like even though we didn't have it solved at the moment I had someone that was going to help me get it figured out. I will absolutely use Roto Rooter for any future needs and hopefully specifically Brandon for his outstanding work ethic and perseverance! Thank you again Brandon for helping me and my family out we seriously appreciate it!!

Zach and Trevor did a great job explaining the process of cleaning up and drying out our water damage. They answered all my questions and did the work in a timely manner.

Clogged sink - Brian was on time, and their effective service and explanations were crystal clear. I thoroughly recommend them, and they have excellent customer service.

We hired Plumbers Near Me after discovering a leaking pipe in our basement, which turned out to need replacing. While they did a good job, they were overpriced and not entirely honest in their estimate. They gave us a quote with an hourly price and an estimate of 3-6 hours to complete. After completing it in less than 3 hours, they charged us for the full 6, saying the estimate stated 3-6 hours with the assumption we would pay the same price whether it was completed in 3 or 6. While they did discount the total a small amount after we shared our displeasure, we still paid far more than the hourly rate plus parts. And the parts were marked up to double. Even our insurance agent felt they were far overpriced. We need some further maintenance work done now (preventative), but we will be looking for someone else to hire. It's too bad, because we were happy with the work and would have used this company again if we felt they were fair.

Proactive Sewer is the best sewer company around! I will never use anybody else for my sewer problems. Whenever I call in, the receptionist is so sweet and helpful and answers my many questions and goes over the initial pricing with me. Moises is always so kind when he comes out to our house, and he is so professional. When we first bought the house, we were told we would need to replace part of the sewer line. We had Proactive Sewer come out to give us a 2nd opinion, and Moises was so honest ad upfront and told us that our sewer line looked great after doing a scope. He saved us thousands of dollars with his honesty and it reflected on the company so well! Absolutely love and appreciate this company.
