We had an old pipe for an irrigation system that must have been removed long before we bought the house that was corroded and leaking a little bit. Done came out and removed, drained, and capped it off for us. The plumber was so respectful of our home and asked us if we had any questions at every step. We’ve used them so often since buying this home that we ended up joining the monthly membership and that has really proven to be worth it. All the work they’ve done for us has been great!

Yesterday we discovered our main water pipe coming into the house was leaking water badly from inside the foundation wall into our basement crawl space. I called Nicholas and he returned my call within minutes and came over about an hour later on a Saturday night. This morning he brought a crew with a backhoe and excavated a hole about 7' deep, removed the leaking pipe, replaced it, backfilled the hole and finished by 1 pm. So we were only without water for about 17 hours. I highly recommend Gold Leaf, especially if you have an emergency plumbing problem.

I had two leaks in different areas start on Sunday afternoon, one resulting in pipe replacement and another requiring drain cleaning. I was in a panic when I went downstairs to find my basement flooded. My water heater had burst. Called Prime based on their incredible reviews and was not disappointed. The plumber showed up waded through the water and found the shutoff to my house. He was able to help me coordinate the water clean up and then returned next day to replace my water heater. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I heard water leaking under the bathroom so I called Jason. He came over within the hour and had it fixed in no time! He is a life saver!! He even noticed my kitchen pipe leaking and fixed that as well, I would have never known that needed work. He does quality work for a great price and is very knowledgeable. I want to mention that honesty is everything but Erick is beyond phenomenal he is fast, and provides affordable sewer service. Erick was personable, knowledgeable and thorough. He has assisted me many times he has found and repaired a sewer leak, repaired a pipe, repaired my faucet and installed my toilet quickly and cost effectively. He let us know exactly what he finds and gives us good advice that will keep everything running smoothly. We plan on using his services again in the future, and will make sure to call Erick again when we do.

Called at 4-430pm on a Friday with a leaky water valve. I sent pics of my issue and was given exact instructions on the simple fix without having to send someone over. He did not make any money from me today but was most interested in fixing my issue ASAP. He will be the first plumber I call going forward for future plumbing needs. Allow some time to carefully hunt through the large quantity of treasures that are to be found in this rather crowded shop.
