Wes is a true master plumber. We had a urinal in our upstairs office that was leaking. He came out the same day to check the problem and called me back with options to fix. Worst service ever. They gave me a quote over the phone for a very standard job(replacing a kitchen sink), but when the plumber came he said it would cost much more than the quote given. After that, he explained that if he damages my countertop this would not be his responsibility. I called the office to clarify the situation and the clerk transferred me to a voice mail and stopped answering my phone calls…

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

I called about needing a new water heater. Alex answered when I called and came by the house in a few hours to give an estimate. I asked if he could come back in the morning to install a new water heater and he did. Alex and Vince performed the work I asked for and were very professional and on time. The price exactly matched the estimate with no unwanted add ons. Very reasonably priced as well. Great service, polite and quality work done too. I would highly recommend using this company. I truly cannot recommend Spartan Plumbing enough. Specifically Jeff, who went above and beyond to deliver great work at a fair price when we found ourselves in a tough spot. I’ll explain:
While in the process of selling our house, we were alerted to a few gas leaks, and out of an abundance of caution the gas was turned off until a repair was made. We received quotes exceeding $5000/a complete overhaul of the gas line (with limited explanation why) which just wasn’t an option for us. Then Jeff came along. He was extremely knowledgeable, and explained exactly what was going on. He provided a better option that didn’t require a new system. His quote was significantly lower, and the quality of work was top of the line. Plus, he was able to come out and complete the job faster than anyone else. Jeff is the plumber we’ve always needed but could never find- professional, honest and efficient. I just wish we had found Spartan sooner!

I had some corroded copper pipes after moving into a house with a really old water heater. After we replaced the water heater last spring, John suggested next on the list is that they put in a Halo filtration system, replace my non-working sump pump, and repair any areas where there were signs of corrosion. The system works great and I can rest easy that the pipes have been inspected and repaired. Thanks John!

The night before I left for a month-long vacation, I discovered a leak in the water main coming into my house. I was able to get the water shut off at the curb, but could not figure out how I might address the problem from afar. After checking the Better Business Bureau website and finding Tony Capra Plumbing with an A+ rating, I gave the company a call. Carlo Capra answered the phone, knew exactly what needed to be done, and described a far less invasive repair technique than I had seen many of my neighbors experience. (The houses on my street are all over 100-years-old and one by one, the water mains have failed.) Carlo emailed an estimate to me, which was more reasonable than I had anticipated. Before I returned home, Carlo not only replaced the water main, but replaced some additional galvanized pipe, checked to make certain all the water sources in my house were working properly, and replaced a toilet mechanism that had stopped working after the repair. I was not billed extra for any of this. Carlo’s initial bid was the same as the final bill. I highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the follow through about plunging and opening my Toto toilet suction and operation. It was quick and clean and precise and successful. Service tech was prompt and professional and happy to have performed a required operation as requested. Would definitely use again for plumbing issues.

We give this a 5 star for quality and professionalism. Mark and his son are very knowledgeable and goes over and beyond to complete project. IPC gives the industry a good name no problems. I wish every plumber has the qualities that Mark does. Deserves more than 5 stars in my opinion.
