Excellent service. We hired Done to replace a 22 year old water heater. The new one they installed had issues keeping the pilot light lit. John, the technician stayed in touch with us daily and came back out a couple of times to try and correct the problem. After John and another technician came out a couple of times, changing the vent and other possible problems, he and his supervisor, Brian, made the call to replace the water heater with a different make. Apparently we just had a defective machine.Problem solved. Their proactive follow ups was some of the best service we have received from any company. We will definitely call them again with heating and plumbing issues.

Let me just start with that we had serious predicament on our hands. We tried atleast 6 or 7 different 24/7 plumbers and this company pulled through BIG TIME. Nicholas was very professional and will be my plumber for as long as I live in Denver. Very knowledgeable and respectful. I am definitely reccomending Gold Leaf and Nicholas.

The entire crew at Drain Terrier is great - Terry, Tracy and Benjamin in particular! We have had them at our house 4 times in the last year and they are always on time, professional and can quickly identify the problem at hand. Very satisfied with their service and will continue to use them for future needs!

Jason was a lifesaver. My bathtub drain pipe was broken and leaking like crazy. The drain pipe and associated plumbing required replacement and it was a very difficult location on a basement bathtub. The bathtub is very old and presented numerous challenges. The access was also super tight. Jason worked diligently to address all of the various issues that came up and got the bathtub drainage and plumbing all buttoned back up. He also changed out the water heater. Both projects look great and are operating perfectly. What a huge relief to have found a knowledgeable and dependable plumber. Thanks!

Horrible service. Left my bathroom dirty, didn't review the work with me, the service person just disappeared. They left the water pressure too low and after a month of several contacts, finally returned. When I asked what the water pressure level was the tech replied, I don't know, I don't have a water pressure gauge A plumber who doesn't have a water pressure gauge wants me to guess what water pressure is sufficient?! Follow up to management was useless. I'll pay the bill, but will never use Tony Capra Plumbing again

We have used Wes for a number of jobs in two homes over the last six or seven years with excellent results.He's very knowledgeable, thorough, and does very good work at reasonable prices.Good problem solver; provides solid advice regarding plumbing needs.Today, Wes was on-time as usual, did several small and medium size jobs in less than three hours.Based upon his successful water heater installation in our prior home, I discussed a similar installation here. Wes gave me great advice, and I will have him return to do this job within 90 days. We couldn't be more pleased with Adams' work.

Thomas was awesome. This was his second time out in a week and he was early (asked if ok first), professional, wearing protective gear on his shoes/face, and super easy to work with. I get the feeling he saved us some $$ where other companies may have seen an opportunity to price gouge. Will definitely be calling again with any further issues! Our new go to guy/company.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Took over 3 months for an Emergency to be rectified.
Scam artists. The main issue was an ‘Emergency Call’ for the drain from the kitchen and then got expanded to a complete main drain replacement/repair… there was never a temporary line run from the kitchen, leaving it unusable. Charged extra for dirt that was never removed, didn’t get proper certification for work done which meant it had to be done twice. Temporary line was never put together properly causing sewage to flood into the pit. Their excavator drivers each hit at least one item on the property, the biggest of which was an underground water, data and electrical bundle (see photo).

Had a leak several leaks in basement late Sunday night. Sean came over at about 9 and took care of the issue. Very friendly and professional, highly recommend.

My water heater stopped working and Oscar came and got us fixed up in no time flat! He was super nice and professional! The work he did was amazing!!!!!
