Best Residential in Denver CO

Just had Beau, hopefully I spelled his name right. Found the problem right away, got us fixed in a short time. Definitely reccomend them and will use them in the future!

This was my first time using Done Plumbing and Heating and I was impressed with the service, professionalism, and promptness. Our furnace stopped working over the weekend and I called first thing on Monday morning. I was given an afternoon time range for the technician to arrive, but they called back when an earlier option was available. Jamey arrived promptly, did a diagnosis on the furnace and reported that it needed cleaning and it was it good shape. I used a coupon and they waive the trip fee for AAA members, which is great.

I read all of the other reviews and had really high hopes. Our gas line had a leak on Monday, they said they could come Wednesday. Wednesday rolled around, they showed up with no tools and said they could fix it on Friday. Then they no-showed on Friday. I called another local plumber and they showed up and had it fixed the same day. If you need a plumber in the Denver area, I recommend calling Applewood Plumbing. They were cheaper, faster, and more professional.

During a freeze in Colorado it was near impossible to get a plumber to fix a busted pipe. He noticed I called and he called me back pretty quickly. He was able to get to us in just a few hours later. No other company could have seen us that same day. He was very professional and thorough. Best of all, he was very affordable! I would recommend him to anyone!

I’m not done yet but they are both very professional and were able to locate the problem in less than a minute. I plan on going forward with what they intend to do.

Omega drains is a great company that I would highly recommend. They are priced nicely and do thorough work. You don’t want to leave water to chance as a home owner because it can be costly and potentially ruin your house and/or belongings. Omega looks at your plumbing very thoroughly to ensure you do not have any underlying issues and they resolve the problems that you called for originally. I highly recommend Omega!!

I'm a real estate investor and property manager and have worked with different companies over the past 20 years to scope and diagnose the condition of sewer lines and to have them repaired and/or replaced when needed. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVER PRICED. I had a toilet with a slow leak. I paid Wes $300 dollars to remove the toilet (and eventual re-install) and he also provided a contact for a clean up crew. He quoted me another $650 to install a water pressure valve - I called around to get a 2nd quote which was $200 less. I informed Wes that I was going with the other plumber and asked if he would consider refunding me a portion of the $300 so he wouldn't have to come back to install the toilet. This is the text response I received from Wes. I asked you, the last time I was there, why you contacted us again? Your response...you had the best reviews! I located the reason for the toilet leak, consulted you on excessive high pressure & possible cure to prevent future water leaks. A team was sent, Disaster cleanup services, to provide assistance. Companies charge good money for genuine professional advise that was provide to you including the initial stop (free) over for island remodel, all in that $300.00. I you had some decency you would text & thank us for a $300.00 well spent and ask the person who will be doing what I recommended to do, that he reset the toilet, instead you want refund. Why am I not surprised. Needless to say I never got any money back.

Thomas is amongst one of the most professional contractors we have had the pleasure to work with. He was on time, up front, patient, but most of all, he demonstrated the utmost integrity. Gres plumbing did I very good job cleaning the main drains of my house. On time and super reliable. I highly recommend this company !!!

Ask for second opinion!!
I had a clog on my second line, they came quickly (on Saturday) and fix it. Then, using a scope I was told that my pipes had cracks, holes and it was in a very bad shape suggesting a 10 ft replacement. The quote was for $4,267.89.
I had another person to check for second opinion and I was shown that there were no cracks or holes and THERE WAS NO NEED TO FIX/REPLACE ANYTHING !!! Ask for second opinion if they tell you you need to replace anything!!!!

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.

My water heater stopped working and Oscar came and got us fixed up in no time flat! He was super nice and professional! The work he did was amazing!!!!!
