I called to have them check why my water isn’t hot at 11am. Sean came over at 12pm and checked out all of the connections and the water heater itself. After educating me on water heaters, I’ve decided to replace my 10 year, 40 gallon, old water heater. I went with a 50 gallon, Rheem water heater with 12yr warranty. He had to disconnect some pipes to get the old one out. He installed the new unit by 4pm. He also did some testing to make sure there were no leaks when he reconnected everything back up.

My dishwasher continued to backfill despite my having turned off the water valve. I needed a plumber, and contacted this company when I saw and read all of the 5-star reviews. Nicholas, the owner of this company, possesses superb customer service skills! He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! Best in the area. Great prices, very courteous plumbers and on time makes them the best plumbers in the area. Having a 9yr & 12yr daughters, though they are little manage to clog one drain or another in our home at least every couple months. I've had a number of the larger plumbing companies come out for service and none of them were as good as these guys. My home is 46 years old so I'll definitely be calling them again :)

I heard water leaking under the bathroom so I called Jason. He came over within the hour and had it fixed in no time! He is a life saver!! He even noticed my kitchen pipe leaking and fixed that as well, I would have never known that needed work. He does quality work for a great price and is very knowledgeable. My wife and I were impressed with the nice showroom and display of plumbing fixtures. We placed an order with Tony in December of 2017. He never placed the special order items on our new construction project. He never followed up with distributors. I had to resort to working directly with manufacture's to receive our products. Horrible follow up service, and no return phone calls made for a bad experience. Buyer Beware!

Wes is fantastic and everything you'd want in a trusted expert. He is prompt, communicative, professional, and his pricing is competitive. We had him out to our house to fix some frozen pipes that had burst. He walked us through the issue, showed us why it happened, gave us an estimate to fix it, and then stayed late to get the project done. He then showed us what to do to avoid the freeze in the future and also installed a freeze-proof hose spigot. Wes will communicate via text if that's your style, which I liked.
