Absolute worst customer service ever!! I was never kept informed of the progress of my job. I had to keep calling to get updates. I was given dates and times of work to be done and NOTHING was done when I was told it would be done. The guy taking out my old tub showed up very late and then put the tub in my yard and told me his truck was full and that he would be back the next day to pick it up for disposal. It sat in my yard for 3 weeks until we finally had to dispose of it ourselves!! After many phone calls and promises that it would be done! Lost total trust in this company and Tony's word, decided to go with someone else to do install. Then when I ran into problems with install because of the jet tub I bought from Tony he refused to help us finish this mess!!! Hope I can save someone from our nightmare!!!

Jonathan was super nice, went above and beyond. He didn't mind showing me how to winterize out spigots & sprinkler system, answered questions, and came back when asked to adjust the new PRV. Also, got us a little bit more discount to replace non-freeze hydrant. Thanks Jonathan!!

I used Bruce and team over a weekend where the water heater went out in my rental property. My tenants were confounded and couldn't figure out how to get it working again. Bruce spoke with them over the phone and walked them through a few options, attempting to fix the issue so I wouldn't have to pay the $200 weekend service charge. Unfortunately, the problem couldn't be fixed over the phone, and they had to come to the house. Within an hour, they were able to temporarily resolve the issue (though they found that the tank had corroded and recommended I pursue the warranty). Bruce offered to apply a portion of the weekend fee towards my install if I went forward with After Hours Plumbing. We had a few hiccups during scheduling, but Bruce was responsive and owned his portion of our miscommunication. Bruce and crew drained my existing water heater, picked up my new one and installed it all in one day. They were prompt when they did arrive, and my tenants said they were clean and respectful of the space. Regardless of the issues we had with scheduling and some misunderstandings around some of the invoices, Bruce was extremely responsive, kind, patient and accommodating. This isn't a faceless company, this is a company of people who work hard to make your day better -- especially in times of stress (as with any plumbing issue in your home). Denver Water is assisted by Aaark as Denver Water replaces the main water supply line to each house in Congress Park. Nick Mancuso from Aaark came to make the final connections inside my house along-with a new on/off valve. Nick was quite thorough & helpful to me. I really appreciate that.

Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.
