Will definitely use their services again.9/08/21 Had another plumbing issue and call Done again. Superb service. Caleb and Dalton did a terrific job. Fast, thorough, clean and helpful. I won't even consider calling anyone else.2/7/23 Jaered from Done came and cleared a slow basement drain. Quick, professional and left no mess. Done is the only plumbing service I use. Always satisfied.

I can not thank Thomas enough. Our boiler was literally exploding New Year’s Day of 2022. He came all the way to evergreen to look at it and it was all replaced a day and a half later. I’m pregnant and the negligence of this homes previous owner could have killed us. Today we woke up with no heat. Thomas answered my call and came out right away. He fixed the issue promptly and was able to restore our heat. I can’t recommend him enough. I will forever use Thomas for all our heating and plumbing needs.

Managed to burst a pipe and was so glad I called these guys. They came out day of, actually almost hour of & were able to replace the pipe very quickly and at a reasonable price. Jake was very nice, professional and most importantly has been doing this work for over 20 years which is the experience you want

Had a great experience getting a quote from Tipping Hat for running a gas line. Andrei was an excellent service pro who took time to answer all my questions and help me figure out the best configuration to run my many outdoor appliances. If you want a true professional, Andrei is your guy!

I don't write reviews but had to for this company. I am selling my house and needed to have the a/c and heating systems cleaned and serviced for the new buyer. Walter my tech showed up on time and spent 3 hours going through the units. He even did a small pvc pipe repair for no up charge. He said the unit were working great and no repairs were needed. The quoted price of $22 per unit inspection was all I paid. No added fees. What a great and honest company.

Marcus and Keith were great. They were on time, professional, and efficient in getting the job done quickly and right. Have now used Befort for two different jobs (installing a new toilet and repairing a broken pipe) and have been extremely happy with every part of the service--from scheduling to the work done in house. Also great that they are a (relatively rare) woman-owned plumbing/heating company, and we like to support that. Will definitely continue to use them moving forward.

I found exactly what I was looking for.

Shawn Woodward cleaned my kitchen drain. He checked for the problem and then gave me a good description of it how he would proceed and what the total charge would be. He was knowledgeable and efficient and when the drain was clear he gave me a good report of what he had done. Good job and good experience from a company I've used several times.

Upon finding our drain backed up on Halloween evening, we contacted Golden West Plumbing because of their high reviews. They answered immediately, scheduled our service for that evening, and followed up before our plumbing technician, Will, arrived. He was early, was COVID protected, and identified and fixed our clogged drain...all for a reasonable price for an emergency. We are grateful, highly recommend, and will use them again for our next need!

If their driving is any indication they suck.

Our heat went out during the polar vortex! The Horizon guys showed up within the hour, first thing in the morning. Ben and Jon were great, very friendly and professional, they got our system back up and running in no time. Highly recommend!!

Came out and did a great job unblocking drain. Was a tough job in crawl space and unfavorable conditions. They stuck thru it and worked till 8:00 in the evening making it happen. Would certainly call again.
