What a great experience! Ben Beville is beyond easy to work with and extremely informative and honest. Jack is installing as I type taking care of my HVAC needs with kind, quiet and efficient effort. Sweating and hustling for our family. The responsiveness and quick install is beyond amazing. Steven came out to check my radiant heat system over and get it functioning for the coming winter. The original installers had not left any manuals, but he was able to determine what needed to be done, checked sensors, and was very patient explaining to me how the system is supposed to work. Service call fee was more than reasonable. Very satisfied customer.

My 14.5 y/o gas water heater was on it's last leg, so I needed a new one. I asked Paul for a quote, it was a great price for a new Bradford White Hydrojet gas water heater. He also had to run a new exhaust pipe/vent out since the original wasn't up to code.

T(He)y arrived early, as usual. :-) Jumped on the job... was done within a couple hours... nice and tidy. I can't say enough about his quality of work and the fact he checked in to see how it was performing.

We have HOT water... have to dial the faucets back a bit now. :-) A good thing!

He charged $100 to come out and he did nothing to fix the issue and still charged full price for a visit. I watched him though the whole visit and he did not actually do any work except wiggle the wires around. Very disappointed and will not be recommending your company.

Mike and Ben did a fabulous job with great good humor. They left our home as clean as they found it. They fully explained the workings of the furnace, air conditioner, and thermostat as well as the safety features such as carbon monoxide detectors.We discussed the warranties and all the paperwork.Not to be left out: Eric did a great job with all the electrical stuff. he was kind enough to label everything in the breaker box as well.Altogether a great team.

Aaark Total Home Services was called for no heat. The 15 year old furnace would have needed $1200 in repairs with no guarantees as to what may break next or when. The furnace was replaced, the 15 year old water heater was replaced preemptively and a new humidifier was put on the unit. A big project that Aaark Total Home Services managed expertly. They had five trucks to the house to get everything done in a day. They took excellent care of the house with runners and clean shoes/boots, and care to not hit anything when hauling old and new equipment. I would highly recommend Aaark for all your home care needs. Horrible service. Left my bathroom dirty, didn't review the work with me, the service person just disappeared. They left the water pressure too low and after a month of several contacts, finally returned. When I asked what the water pressure level was the tech replied, I don't know, I don't have a water pressure gauge A plumber who doesn't have a water pressure gauge wants me to guess what water pressure is sufficient?! Follow up to management was useless. I'll pay the bill, but will never use Tony Capra Plumbing again
