We noticed that the water in the downstairs bathroom was notdraining when we either flushed the toilet or used the sink & shower. Since I had used Plumbline previously, I contacted them and they immediately assigned a drain technician who arrived within 40 minutes. Her name was Xena C.She explained what she was going to do and then proceeded to perform her work. She was very professional, friendly and efficient . Continued to explain what she was doing and what the results were. She did have to remove the toilet to run the snake to where the blockage was, re_installed the toilet and cleaned up the toilet area. I was impressed with her work ethic in performing her job and I am sure Plumbline considers her as an asset to the team.I am giving Xena 5 Stars because of her various attributes .PS. The drain was reopened.

Dan at Key Plumbing is the absolute best! Not only has he installed new bathroom faucet and shower for me, he came to my rescue at my moms house! I was busy getting the house ready to go on the market when we discovered wet carpet in the dinning room. Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

Cameron from Sewer Lines Only was super helpful. He talked me through the process and helped me save time/money by starting with a simpler solution for our sewer lines.
