I literally can’t believe how honest and professional the whole experience was. Checked our whole plumbing and didn’t try to upsell. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!! If I could give a negative rating I would. When we first moved into our house, our sprinklers were not winterized. The plastic popper froze and broke and the back flow prevention valve started gushing water. We called Done, and they recommended that we pay them to install a new entire valve ($600+)! I didn’t know much about the systems but thankfully I discovered that my neighbor was an experienced plumber. He went out and bought and installed a new popper for me for $35. I can’t in good conscience recommend a business that conducts its business so unscrupulously and takes advantage of people like that. On the plus side, having a great neighbor is awesome.

Garrett at Denver Plumbing Solutions replaced all of my old plumbing in my house, which was galvanized pipe and replaced it with plastic pex. The new hot and cold water lines will never rust and will keep my drinking water clean for as long as a I live here! Garrett and his team were responsive, mindful of the house, clean, and completed the project ahead of schedule. Not to mention the quality of work for the price. Very affordable! I would recommend Denver Plumbing Solutions to anyone!

My dishwasher continued to backfill despite my having turned off the water valve. I needed a plumber, and contacted this company when I saw and read all of the 5-star reviews. Nicholas, the owner of this company, possesses superb customer service skills! He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! I am so pleased with Nicholas's excellent work and customer service skills that he is now my go-to plumber!

I heard water leaking under the bathroom so I called Jason. He came over within the hour and had it fixed in no time! He is a life saver!! He even noticed my kitchen pipe leaking and fixed that as well, I would have never known that needed work. He does quality work for a great price and is very knowledgeable. I’m a designer who hired this company to disconnect a sink and faucet for new countertops and then to reconnect the new sink and faucet. Our regular plumber was unavailable so we reached out to True. I was told that they would charge $74 for the visit and $45 for diagnostic that would be applied to the final charge if we used them. Our clients are and elderly couple. The plumber came and was so incredibly rude to them and to me. He quoted them $1375.00 to do a very rudimentary plumbing task. The sink was disconnected and we were scheduled for him to return 24hours later, after the counters were installed and the sink was dry. He told our client that he wasn’t coming back until Thursday. I called him and he was again, the rudest person Ive ever talked to. I convinced him to come back Tuesday so they wouldn’t be without water for 3 days. He came on Tuesday and said the brand new faucet wasn’t working and that he will charge them to come back ($180). WORST PLUMBER EVER!!! Do not use this company

I had my water heater go out on Christmas Eve, just when it seemed as if no other plumbers were able to get to me soon enough! After nearly exhausting my efforts, Sean with Park Hill Plumbers called me back and talked me through how to turn off the main water so the water would stop shooting out until he got here. He didn't have to but he took the time to help me clean up all the water. He came back Christmas Day and swapped out my water heater. He was very kind and professional. Surprisingly reasonable for it being an emergency on a Holiday. I had to recommend Park Hill Plumbers to my neighbors, its rare people go above and beyond these days!

Thomas the owner of TCF Emergency Plumbing and Heating was very prompt. He responded to our request for AC repair immediately and saved us from a miserably hot day. He provided an incredible service, made sure we were completely satisfied, and was reasonably priced. He was very respectful of our house and very clean. He also made good suggestions on other things but was not pushy about them. We will for sure call Thomas again if we need more maintenance or work.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

A true breath of ancient air at a time when true, single owner-operated shops are becoming as rare as the items they sell. Allow some time to carefully hunt through the large quantity of treasures that are to be found in this rather crowded shop.

I had a hose bib that cracked this last winter and gang from Around the Clog took care if it in a quick affordable professional manner. The had a very limited space to work in and did a great job. Happy all around.
